Artesian well mineral water, large swimming pool with a deep part and a shallow part for children, trampoline, and tree swing. Fruit trees (depending on the season).

Property located in the Portal do Sertão, in the division of Agreste with the Sertão near the Catimbau Valley! The condominium has a swimming pool with a barbecue that can be used with prior scheduling
