We felt very comfortable in the beautiful and cozy house! The kitchen was great! I'm sure we will be happy to come back!

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make the stay because I had hurt myself before. my husband had four very relaxed beautiful days in the cabin alone. He loved it. The equipment, furnishings and location were perfect. Communication with Lisa worked great. Highly recommend.

Jesper might be the most accommodating and helpful host I've had the pleasure of staying with on Airbnb. There was no problem with a request to get into the property earlier than planned. He sent very detailed instructions on how all of the house amenities worked and how to find the property. He was also very proactive in giving us details of things to do locally, good recommendations on local ski hire and spa access. He was always quick to respond and very helpful. The house itself is set up on a hill with stunning views of the valley below. It is walking distance to a button lift into the main ski area and very close to the Fyri hotel and spa. The house was spotless, it has a very well stocked kitchen with plenty of pots, pans and even baking equipment (Which was useful as I had a birthday cake to make!). the beds are very comfortable and the log fire makes the house very cosy indeed. I can highly recommend Jesper and his house and we would go back in a heartbeat.

we felt very comfortable, the beds were super comfortable. Especially the hiking trail at the back of the house was spectacular. In 10 minutes you can get to a beautifully idyllic Fjell by car.

We enjoyed our time in this cabin very much. Our stay was over the Christmas holidays and New Years Eve. We wanted to enjoy Christmas in the snow and we were not disappointed. The cabin is approximately 3 hours driving distance from Oslo airport and located near the skiing center of Beitostølen where you have everything you need: Ski lifts, a Toboggan lift and short but steep ride, shops, restaurants and a range of cross-country ski-tracks. One of these Nordic skiing tracks also passes the cabin in around 100m distance. So you'll have everything you need close by. The cabin is cozy and lived in, not one of those sterile places just for renting out to tourists. This place has character, the kitchen is well equipped and the kids have a nice area under the roof that they can claim for themselves with tons of games and comic books. Our son was enjoying that very much. We can fully recommend this cabin in the Norwegian nature.

This is a top cabin located close to Beitostølen and Valdresflya. We used the cabin as a base for hiking in Jotunheimen. The cabin was very spacious with all the necessary amenities for a plesent stay. Jan-Tore is a nice host who is easy to communicate with, and check-in/check-out was painless. We're definitely going to come back 😊

We were very happy with our stay. Lovely cabin that met all expectations, plus small things that went the extra mile. For example, nice and tidy outdoor area with fire pit, lots of board games, Apple TV if we wanted to relax in front of the TV one evening and a lovely view of the hill. The latest ski cover that has arrived vis-a-vis Fyri also made it very easy to get on the slopes. Camilla and Kyrre have been super host(s) with lightning fast and nice feedback. Thank you for helping to contribute to a great stay for all of us. If we are going back to Hemsedal, it is definitely you we will contact!

This is our 3rd time staying in Ernst’s Cabin and it’s just as good as we remember. The place is clean, tidy and has everything you need for a long or short stay. Lots to do locally if you like the outdoors. Would absolutely recommend to anyone, it is excellent value for money and Ernst is a lovely, attentive host.

Torstein's cabin was great, really fun with ping pong table. Spacious, welcoming and nicely decorated. All you can wish for. Responded quickly when I asked questions and sent ongoing and good info before and during the stay. Great top!

This is an absolute find! The place is spacious, clean, with every amenity and great beds. The kitchen is large and has everything you need, the living room is very cozy and comfortable and has a fantastic panorama view of the lake and the mountains. We went randonneing on Tyinstølnøset and Galden, the ascent starts literally just across the road and the views are glorious. On top of all that, you could not ask for better hosts than Michelle and her crew. They will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable (they doubled as our private taxi company when our car broke down at Tyinkrysset!), the food and drink in the cafeteria is gorgeus, the common bathrooms and showers are spotless and we had a great time at the music bingo night and morning yoga session! Thank you so much for your hospitality, and we will definitely be back!

We had a nice week at the cabin. Great communication with host. We know the area before and enjoy it. You can walk down/up in winter. The starting point is ski in/out, and ski slopes right outside. Thank you for a great week, we would love to come again :)

We really enjoyed the cozy small cabin in the Mountains, even though it was freezing temperatures the cabin was very warm. It had everything that we needed. Small kitchen, fridge and most important great views in a beautiful location. Highly Recommend

We were a family of 5 on a winter holiday. We had plenty of space with all facilities. The cabin was great and had everything you needed, warm and well inside when we arrived. It was nice since it was very cold outside when we were there. Nicely located in relation to the slopes, especially if you went cross-country skiing or the mountains. A little further away to the ski lift, but possible ski-in/ski-out with older children. We had a great time and would love to come back here!

A dreamy place for children. Sven was very flexible and easily accessible. There are plenty of rooms and plenty of wet rooms. And a small sauna. The living dining room has a fantastic view! The children can let off steam right out into the snow and let off steam there. There is something for children of all ages to play in the house (whole shelf full of games). We all felt very comfortable there!

We celebrated New Year's Eve at Elizabeth's house. There were 14 of us and we spent a week at the house, so the hostess made sure that we didn't miss anything. Towels, bedding, sleeping places, hygiene products, everything was enough. A luxurious house, with an excellent kitchen, sauna and jacuzzi. A beautiful fireplace in the living room that gave warmth and comfort to this house. The price of the house fully met our expectations. Thank you to the hostess for a well-spent time and a great New Year's Eve.
