If you stay in our centrally located apartment, you will be close to everywhere in the Rize region, a maximum of 10 minutes walking distance to Ardeşen bazaar and 10/15 minutes by car to all activity areas on the Fırtına Stream. It will also be very easy to reach areas such as Ayder, Zilkale and Çamlıhemşin. Our house has a central heating system, smart TV, YouTube, Netflix. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. The house is 110 square meters and there is no elevator.
