Los Apartamentos Areas are located in a rural setting 200m from Areas beach and 2.5km from downtown Sanxenxo. They comprise a living-dining room (sofa bed 1.40 m), kitchen, hallway, full bathroom and terrace with views of the garden and swimming pool, and a bedroom (bed 1.60 m). Fully furnished, with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, iron, clothes drying rack, TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Amenities include a swimming pool (in season) and garden, as well as parking and a lift.

A small seaside house on the waterfront with exclusive views of the Ria de Pontevedra. A very quiet area where we can barely hear the boats that go out to fish and where the silence and the sea will make your stay a unique experience. Outside the house has 3 garden areas on which we can find a pool and barbecue area with incredible views. Inside it has a master bedroom in the upper part from which you can see the sea.
