Outside features a deck with BBQ and lounge area, private yard with swing, and a private heated pool (7x3 m, built 2023) with sunbeds. The pool is heated for added comfort, up to 26°C. Centrally located, it takes only 3 min walk to our magnificent Amphitheathre and about 8 min. walk to either the strict city centre or our old town ( bars, restaurants, pubs, galleries) All our town beaches are within 3-4 Km. All small villages are cca 5-10 km distant from our apartment.

Our holiday home is a unique place right next to the Amphitheater Arena. Located in a quiet side street with a green private oasis full of native plants. Until last season, we rented out a smaller part of the house, while since this season in 2024, our accommodation has been renovated and expanded to be larger and more comfortable. Free WiFi

Our Casa grotta istriana is located in a quiet part of Pula near the city center (10 min by walk). The house has a private fenced yard and a newly built swimming pool. Many beaches in Pula are located 5 minutes away by car (Verudela, Zlatne stijene, Lungo Mare). Near the house is a Mexican restaurant (1 min) and a supermarket (2 min).
