Monthly Rentals in Arenas de Caribe Pool

This was a great Condo which had everything we needed. The grounds were lovely and the pool was clean and a friendly place to gather. The staff was speedy in their responses when we needed something. There were a few door/windows that didn’t lock, which was a little concerning being on the first floor but staff said they will repair. We did feel safe in the tourist area and the complex. We would recommend this condo. G & J

We had a perfect vacation in Punta Cana! The property was fantastic with a very large pool. The room itself was spotless and contained everything we needed and more. Our checkin and checkout was seamless and they communicated well with us. While the downtown area of Punta Cana is still developing, there are a number of excellent restaurants to choose from.

We were súper happy to stay at Mark’s place. The complex is beautiful, clean, well-maintained and there are lots of friendly people. I have nothing but great things to say about Mark’s condo and the communication. We were not expecting Punta Cana to be what is was when you are renting and Airbnb and not staying in a resort. It’s very touristy so any hope for authentic domincan expériences was dashed. We are not disappointed with our week; it was mostly what we were looking for as a week vacation. We did a lot of beach and a lot of pool time, soaking up the sun and relaxing. We are used to also being able to walk on interesting streets and having a big sélection of things to see. That part of Punta Cana is pretty much resorts and condo complexes.
