Fisherman's House in Klima

The picturesque village of Klima with the traditional colorful houses built in the water. In the southern part of the island. The village drives you to the ancient theater, the catacombs and the place where the statue of Venus was discovered. A traditional fisherman’s house known as “sirma”, where a huge door on the lower part of the house protected the boat. one room with a double bed, a second room with two single beds, kitchen, bathroom and balcony right above the sea. "Milos By The Sea" is a brand new, traditional solar powerhouse, 100% eco-friendly, located in a fishing village only 600 meters from Plathiena beach. It is an Eco friendly house as it is completely powered by solar energy. The picturesque settlement called "Areti", provides an exquisite view, since it is surrounded by the beauty of nature. Waking up to the sound of the waves is a unique experience for our guests who need to enjoy absolute tranquility during their vacation.

Blue Sea House

It consists of two levels. The lower floor has two sofas that can accommodate two persons, a fully organized kitchen, a dining table, and a small w.c. The internal wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where there are two rooms that contain a double bed, two single beds, a toilet, a shower and a balcony with a wonderful view. There is a nice restaurant 250 meters from the house and some really interesting walk paths that lead you to a variety of destinations.

The Colourful Land Syrma

The Colourful Land "Syrma" is a partly cave-like boat house, fully transformed on 2022 that offers comfort, relaxation and wonderful view of Western Milos hills. The values of Cycladic architecture combined with a touch of luxury defined the design philosophy. The unified vaulted interior welcomes you with kitchenette, living room and highly eleveted king size bed which are connected with the bathroom. Surraunded by archeological hills and belong to the sea.

Kalimerenas

Situated within an estate of 500m2 in the picturesque village of Plakes you will find the stone house of “Kalimerena“. A small (35m2) functional and very quiet house, away from the noise, very close to the capital of Plaka (a 5 minute walk) and the centre of the island. Built at the beginning of the 20th century out of stone the house was recently renovated and combines a traditional atmosphere with the comfort of a modern and simple decoration.

Sunset Studio

Sunset Studio is located at Plaka, probably the most picturesque place on Milos, which used to be the old capital of the island. It has one bedroom with a double and a single bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. Right outside, in front of your door, you can enjoy a magnificent sunset and in just two minutes you can find yourself in the middle of Plaka with its traditional alleys, the beautiful restaurants, cafes and shops.

"Armira" Boat House in Firopotamos

Armira Boat House is located literally a few steps away from the sea in the small, remote, traditional seaside community of Fyropotamos. Originally built by my ancestors in the early 1900s to serve as a fisherman’s cottage and boat house traditionally known as “sirma”, it is a unique example of Cycladic traditional architecture and is one of the very few of its kind.

ERGINA’S BOAT HOUSE

Ergina's Boat House is a traditional house built in the sea front! It is a two storey building offering the very basic facilities. On the ground floor there is the kitchen with the big door overlooking the sea water and on the upper floor there is the bedroom with the balcony.

Klima is a traditional fishing village with colourful houses extending all the way to the small coast. It is located below the village of Trypiti and the Catacombs. The "Sirma" -a used to be winter hideout for fishing boats- was recently revamped.
