Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Argassi

I’m not sure where to start. The hosts are beyond incredible and hospitable, they took us to the shops, brought us things when we needed them and asked how we were throught. Tammy and Babis were so wonderful. The place itself is a marvel, you’re surrounded by swathes of raw nature and combine that with the outdoor amenities, you’d wish you were there all day. Such a clean, pristine place. Me and my friends were speechless, by the quality, the hospitality and the experience. I absolutely recommend this place and hope to come again in the future!

We loved our stay at Kyriakos and Christina’s villa, the place is stunning with the most amazing views. The place was spotless with everything needed for our stay. Instructions on how to get there were very helpful and Kyriakos greeted us upon arrival, despite us being earlier than we thought. He was a perfect host, making us feel very welcome. I would recommend this villa and would recommend hiring a car to visit Tsivili and Planos for evenings out

This villa is a gem! As first time visitors to Kefalonia, this turned out to be the perfect location for our family of 5 (2 adults + 3 teenagers). Peaceful, with gorgeous views from every bedroom and a magnificent pool area, but close enough to Argostoli and other towns to make restaurants, shopping, church, etc doable. Even though it's near the airport, there was no noise and I think we honestly only saw one plane take off. I feel like you do need a car to get around the island. It was a bit difficult to find initially, but we figured it out and our host met us at the villa, which was such a nice touch. The house is amazing, super clean with every amenity you would need (ironing board + iron, hair dryers, washing machine, drying rack, full kitchen, plenty of towels). We even found a bottle of wine, bread and fruit for us on check-in. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat if we're ever lucky enough to return to Kefalonia. It was magic!

We had a fantastic stay at this house! The location was perfect for exploring and discovering all the beautiful spots around. The host was very friendly and communicated well, making our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We zijn zeer gastvrij ontvangen door mama Nena, wat een lieve vrouw. Het huis ligt op een prachtige locatie, wat een rust en ruimte. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en je voelt je snel thuis. Het balkon is zo groot dat je zowel de zon als schaduw kunt opzoeken. Op de 2e dag verraste mama Nena ons met een heerlijk grieks dessert om te proeven: Halvah, echt heerlijk! We bevelen deze locatie van harte aan en komen graag nog eens terug!

It’s a perfect spot for families With small Kids, safe and quiet- Diana is a great host, very generous and very responsive. Loved the location- in the Middle of an Old olive grove with a small pool and showers- perfect for a hot Weather! Would highly recommend this place!

Our stay at Dennis’ place couldn’t have been better. It was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for an 11-day stay. Dennis was incredibly kind and accommodating from start to end, checking in regularly and giving us recommendations for things to do in Zakinthos. 100% recommend Dennis’ place and will be staying there again if we ever return to Zakinthos.

lovely place for me and my family. Andreas is very responsive and helpful. the only thing I would recommend is a folder with instructions for things like the washing machine, heating etc. but Andreas was always very helpful.

Nikos est un hôte incroyable!! Il est été ultra disponible, dynamique et souriant. Il ne s’est pas contenté de nous donner les clés du logement. Il est arrivé avec un document papier rédigé contenant une carte de l île qu’il nous a commentée: les points d intérêts les restaurants… bref mieux qu un guide touristique. Concernant l appartement, il est très propre et contient absolument tout le nécessaire: aucun manque dans les ustensiles de cuisine, des pastilles pour le lave vaisselle etc. Nous avons même découvert une petite trousse de secours en cas de blessure. Bref je recommande les yeux fermés tant Nikos et son appartement. Un grand merci à toi Nikos, j espère que nous reviendrons vite.

We had a great stay at Dionysis's place in Zakinthos. The location is fantastic—just minutes from the airport and a quick drive into town. The ground-floor apartment was comfortable and welcoming, with a charming cat that we loved meeting and feeding during our stay. The pool, while a bit chilly, offered a nice spot to relax and take in the views of the bay. Visiting in late October meant we enjoyed lower prices and warm weather, allowing us to take full advantage of the pool. The smart TV was a nice touch for evening entertainment, though we found the bathroom fan a bit noisy. Overall, this listing is perfect for a family getaway. Dionysis was a great host, providing helpful local tips. We'd definitely recommend this place!

Byliśmy u Avgeris & Lily przez tydzień. To był wspaniały pobyt. Spokojna okolica, 2 minuty od niezaludnionej plaży, gdzie są wspaniale warunki do snoorkowania. i obok restauracja z pysznymi daniami i wspaniałym widokiem na morze. Ale to wszystko to tylko dopełnienie niesamowitych właścicieli , którzy urzekli nas swoją gościnnością . Pomogli nam we wszystkim czego potrzebowaliśmy- wynajem samochodu, zamowienie taksówki. Lili na początek naszego przyjazdu nawet zaopatrzyła nasz apartament w świeże warzywa chleb. Apartament z widokiem na morze posiadał wszystko co niezbędne. Poza tym była to wyjątkowa okazja aby przekonać się jak mieszkają Grecy na Zakynthos. Nasze mieszkanie było na piętrze poniżej w tym samym domu mieszkali właściciele .Mieliśmy wylot późno wieczorem,a doba hotelowa kończy się przed południem. Mimo to właściciele zgodzili się ,abyśmy mogli zostać dłużej DZIĘKUJEMY! POLECAM GORĄCO,!

Maria's Studios was the perfect choice for our family vacation. The apartment was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The spacious veranda was perfect for eating, reading or just staring at the stars. The location was ideal for exploring the island. The nearby village offered a peaceful and authentic Greek experience with a small mini market and an exceptional restaurant. The beach at the bottom of the hill is also lovely with crystal clear waters and lots of snorkelling. Katerina and her daughter were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home, they treated us like part of their family. They also provided valuable recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, and activities. We highly recommend Maria's Studios to families looking for a charming and affordable accommodation in Kefalonia. The combination of comfortable amenities, a convenient location, and friendly hosts made it an unforgettable experience.

Me encantó mi experiencia, el lugar es hermoso ! Es muy tranquilo, tiene amaneceres bellísimos, una playa preciosa. Me sentí muy a gusto. Chloe es una buenísima anfitriona. Me siento muy agradecida de poder pasar unos días en su casa.

Diese Unterkunft ist insofern zu empfehlen, wenn man privat nahe am Strand sein und in der nächstgelegenen Laganas Road das Nachtleben erforschen möchte (-Hotspot besonders für junge Menschen zum Feiern). Ideal für vier Personen, wobei es nur ein Schlafzimmer mit Tür gibt, das andere Doppelbett steht im oberen Stock frei (Mansarde mit Meerblick, herrlich!). Wir waren in der Nachsaison Mitte September dort, das war super! Die große Terrasse ist sehr angenehm, auch der Whirlpool mit diversen Funktionen (Massagestrahl etc.), eine große Sitzbank und zwei Sonnenliegen. Das unter der Terrasse befindliche Restaurant spielt zwar den ganzen Tag Musik, diese war jedoch geschmackvoll und nicht zu laut (relaxed music). Und wichtig bei hohen Temperaturen: die Klimaanlagen im Haus funktionierten einwandfrei. Last but not least, Fotis‘ Frau ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und entgegenkommend, sie hat alles gecheckt. Go for it, Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ!

Şahane bir ev sahibi, her konuda yardımcı oldu. Feribot saatimiz sebebiyle geç varmış olsak da bizi sıcak kanlı bir şekilde karşıladı, gezilecek yerler ile ilgili tavsiyeler verdi. Ev gayet temizdi, tüm beklentilerimizi karşıladı.

Excellent accommodation for 2 adults & 1 child. 5 to 7 mins walk into town, which has numerous great restaurants. Private pool was excellent with bedroom & bathroom all spotless. Fresh linen & towels provided during stay. Perfect accommodation & location but it does require climbing some stairs so please bear this in mind.

Appartamentino di recente ristrutturazione, molto carino, posto al secondo piano di una palazzina a 3 piani. Anche se a volte rumoroso per via della strada sottostante, c'è un balcone spazioso per prendere il caffè la mattina. Alexandra e Fotis molto cordiali e disponibili a dare suggerimenti sui posti più interessanti dell'isola. Molto utile il posto auto privato e al coperto. Posizione ottima, vicina al porto, stazione bus e strada principale di Zakynthos.

Wspaniałe miejsce na wypoczynek, zdecydowanie polecam dla osób ceniących spokój i ciszę. Gospodarze pomocni ale bardzo dyskretni, nie zakłócają swoją obecnością pobytu. Apartament czysty, przestronny i wyposażony w niezbędne rzeczy. Mogliśmy dzięki temu zrobić sobie małe śniadanie i zaraz po nim ruszyć na zwiedzanie wyspy. Śniadania niemal zawsze spożywaliśmy na stoliczkach, umiejscowionych przed rezydencją w cieniu palm. Dzięki temu mieliśmy piękny widok na Morze Jońskie. Jeśli potrzebny jest internet, to w apartamencie jest świetny sygnał wifi. Jeśli przyjedziecie autem, jest możliwość zaparkowania w miejscu zacienionym drzewami oliwnymi. Dzięki temu samochód nie był rozgrzany. Polecam z czystym sercem!

The Domenica Apartments were beautiful inside and out, a pool shared with 2 other apartments was a life saver in the heat. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip to get a good night sleep but also close enough to walk to the strip and beach. dora and her father were extremely kind and welcoming and helpful, quick with responses and even organised a transfer for our return flight. The area was clean and organised and private. Only downside was there was no undercover secure or dry spot to keep luggage or to sit in if you have a late flight and it rains after checkout but hosts were still as accommodating as possible to help with this. Would definitely recommend the apartments to anyone looking to experience laganas

Notre séjour chez Tasos et son épouse Sinead s’est très bien passé et a été au delà de nos attentes . Nous avons particulièrement apprécié : - La proximité immédiate avec les plages et le centre de Kalamaki (tout est à 5 minutes). - toutes les bonnes surprises fournies et que nous n’avions pas forcément identifiées à la lecture de l’annonce : linge de plage et de maison fourni en quantité, passage d’une femme de ménage tous les 3 ou 4 jours , provisions de première nécessité fournies pour les premiers jours …. - la réactivité ultra rapide des hôtes à la moindre question / demande : « aussitôt dit , aussitôt fait ! » . - l’organisation de la maison qui a été pensée dans les moindres détails et qui donne l’impression que « tout est simple » ! Nous sommes également des super hôtes Airbnb et nous avons pu apprécier tout le travail , l’engagement et la passion que Tasos et Sinead ont mis dans leurs différents logements Airbnb avec l’obsession de toujours fournir le meilleur service.

My partner and I booked Ioannis’ place endish October-start of November. This place is so beautiful, it surprised us how big it is and how beautifully designed it is. Everything in the property is so well thought out, from the room, double bathrooms, to kitchen and beautifully designed pool. We were lucky as the weather was still very warm and we were able to swim in the swimming pool. The host (Emily) was very responsive and sent us lots of suggestions of what to see/do/eat in Zante, given the summer season was ending at the time we were there. We rented a car so we were able to visit the island. We received fully stocked fridge upon our arrival and on top of that the host also gave us some fresh vegetables and eggs whilst we stayed there, all free of charge. We would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Ωραίος χώρος και καθαρός Στο κέντρο της χώρας πάνω από τον πεζόδρομο. Το μόνο αρνητικό που από ότι καταλάβαμε ήταν για όλη την χώρα είναι το πάρκινγκ

Unser Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis zum Ende einfach perfekt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und neuwertig. Die Lage ist top, das Zentrum sowie der Strand sind nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Die Gastgeber kümmern sich sehr herzlich und mit viel Mühe um die Gäste. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr familiär und das Restaurant im unteren Bereich ist sehr empfehlenswert und qualitativ erste Klasse. Wir kommen gerne wieder 👍
