It has three comfortable and quiet bedrooms with air conditioning, double glazed windows, a profusion of closets, large beds with new mattresses, sheets, quilts and high quality towels. Three full bathrooms with shower and unlimited hot water. Elegant and spacious living room, with a large balcony. Quality tableware and tablecloths. Spectacular kitchen with three sinks, washing machine and complete appliances. Extra room to store luggage. Service entrance. It is a spacious 130-meter apartment located in front of the avenue. Callao. It has three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a large kitchen with service units. The living room is a comfortable space with access to the balcony where you can enjoy the city views. The master bathroom has a bathtub and shower, and the other bathrooms only have a shower. The building is of a high standard and very safe, as it has permanent surveillance. All spaces have cold/heat air conditioning. The beds are new and high quality. There is also central heating as well as hot water. The kitchen is fully equipped and so is the tableware. The two main rooms have a TV with full cable service (Direct TV) and internet. The internet service is fiber optic with very good reception in all areas. There is also a 4th bedroom next to the kitchen equipped with cleaning supplies, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. The apartment has a large living room with very comfortable armchairs and a dining room for 8 people. Ideal for relaxing after exploring the city. It has a main entrance with an individual doorman accessed by the main elevator and another entrance located in the kitchen where you can access a second elevator and the stairs to the ground floor. I am in constant contact with my guests because I live very close and I love to socialize. Upon arrival, I give guests a public transportation card and a neighborhood guide with suggestions on good restaurants that are nearby. I leave you several contact numbers and I am very attentive to any requests. Located in the heart of Recoleta, the city's most elegant neighborhood. Just 4 blocks from Avenida Alvear, where the most exclusive hotels and shops in the country are located. The neighborhood is safe, with lots of bars, restaurants, and transportation. All bus lines pass through nearby avenues. The subway is also very close. Taxis and Uber available. Also within walking distance are the Recoleta Cemetery, Buenos Aires Design, Pilar Church, Craft Fair, El Ateneo bookstore, Law School, Museum of Fine Arts, Palais de Glace and other relevant sites to visit and enjoy the beautiful city. There's a Starbucks across the street for breakfast.

Beautiful Recoleta Apartment with French Balcony

Perfect place for those who love green areas, museums, elegant residences, sophisticated decoration. The neighborhood is plenty of embassies, iconic monuments, and museums, and it is close to the heart of Recoleta. Public transportation (trains and buses) are available at walking distance. Ezeiza airport (international) is one hour in average from the apartment by taxi, and J. Newbery airport (national) is 20 minutes by taxi. It's important to mention that the building do not have elevators, so you will have to step two floors by staircase. The housekeeper will be in charge of the check-in and check-out and she will be available for helping the guests in whatever they need. Additionally, she will be able to make extra cleaning services (full cleaning to the apartment, washing dishes, refresh of sheets and towels, etc.) subject to previous guests request to the host (Guillermo) by AirBnb app. The extra cost is US$40 per day. This area of Recoleta is on the edge of an upmarket area called "La Isla". The apartment is half a block from the National Library and in front of the Book and Language Museum. There are also some great neighbourhood restaurants not far away. Av Las Heras is an artery with a great variety of buses that can take you to any part of the city safely and at low cost (on the desk of the bedroom you will find SUBE cards, which you can charge money in a kiosk located in Tagle between Pagano and Libertador - Please leave them in the same place when retiring) Also the apartment is located to three blocks from the underground Las Heras station (Line H) that connects with all the network of "subtes" of Buenos Aires. For taxi use, I recommend using the Uber or Cabify applications. Mr. Arnaldo Duarte is the doorman of the building, he counts with my all trust and he will be able to collaborate with the guests needs as well. The apartment is equipped with a safe-box in the closet of the bedroom, instructions to use it will be provided by the host (Guillermo) directly by email, wapp, or txts (reserved information) after the guest request.

The studio apartment is new and the decoration has been inspired by the industrial look of the building. The apartment is fully equipped, with name brand appliance, 40" Samsung TV, full size Whirlpool refrigerator, Samsung Microwave oven, Oster coffee maker, Peabody toaster, etc. There is a double bed, as well as a sofa that turns into a sofa bed (allowing for an additional person to sleep). The guests will have full access to all the amenities in the building. As a host, we will do our best to make sure your time spent in San Telmo is wonderful. San Telmo is home to a growing restaurant district, Caseros Avenida, including steakhouses – organic and vegetarian – and bars.
