"Alegria" dreamy views in a place to fall in love

Alegría is a warm 60 m2 loft, bordering a coihue grove, equipped with a large tub, freezer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, comfortable bar counter, living room with lake view and a cozy bedroom with a king-size bed and large TV screen. It has a beautiful natural balcony overlooking the lake. For a baby up to 10 months old, we limit the living room to 2 armchairs and add a baby crib. For the months of January and February, we would appreciate it if you could try to book a minimum stay of 7 days. Our 2-hectare property is located in the heart of the area's great landscapes and natural beauty, but the significant distances between them suggest having a vehicle or being willing to walk the 2.5 km that separate us from the highway and public passenger transport. If we coordinate, we will gladly take you or pick you up. ALEGRÍA has a sunny terrace garden with a nice view of the lake, equipped with an American-style grill, table and outdoor chairs. At ALEGRIA we have space to add a baby crib. Just let us know when booking At the entrance of this peninsula, there is a small shopping mall with a cafeteria and general store. There is also the Regatta Club where you can rent rowboats and kayaks, or Campanario Hill with views over the surrounding lake park. About 600 meters from ALEGRÍA is the beautiful and very spacious Playita de los Álamos (beach), ideal for children because of its beach coast. It is important to have a car, but for those who visit us in search of rest and tranquility without intending to go on longer excursions or looking to do them by bus and trekking, we will gladly pick you up and take you to your terminal. For daily trips between Bariloche and Llao Llao, bus line 20 runs continuously. The entrance to this peninsula has a stop at kilometer 20 of this route. The journey from Bariloche by public transport takes 40 minutes. We've found that guests who arrive in peace find peace, we've discovered that those who arrive in love fall even more in love, we've discovered that those who bring happiness with them not only spread it to those around them, but usually leave even happier.

Places of interest: It is located between the city's two main access routes, on the way to Cerro Catedral and only three blocks from Lake Nahuel Huapi. You'll love my place because of its comfortable, cozy atmosphere and lots of natural light. It has a large garden and parking inside the property to store the vehicle. Guest service is provided by the owner. My accommodation is only for couples and families (with children) but pets are not allowed.

Bungalow located 7 blocks from the Uruguay River, 7 blocks from the thermal baths, 10 blocks from downtown and 2 blocks from the bus terminal. It features a bedroom with a double bed with air conditioning cold/heat, TV (c/Netflix, no cable TV) and ceiling fan. In the living room, two single beds and a floor fan. Also, an anafe, electric oven, electric heater, refrigerator and bathroom. It has a car and grill entrance. It is not heated.

Cabin for 6 people located on the shores of Lake Nahuel Huapi. The place has all the linens and towels, fully equipped, Wi-Fi, monitored alarm, and cable service. Parking is in front of the apartment on the street. It includes a cleaning service once a week (half of the stay) with a change of bed linens. Located meters from the bus stop.
