Two little houses with a terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea and Samiopoula island. The main house accommodates 2 in a separate bedroom and one child up to 12 years old in the living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and a bidet. The smaller house accommodates three people in one space. It has a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. An impressive stone staircase leads to the waterfront. The complex is accessible only with a 4x4 Jeep. Closest village 20’ away.

The house is located a breath away from the beach. It is an ideal place for you and your family, which fully meets the needs of a peaceful holidays by the sea. It has a beautiful sunset view and you can hear the sounds of the waves in your bedroom. You can also enjoy a lunch, a glass of wine or a coffee on a huge terrace in front. Η φιλοξενία μας ξεκινάει κατά την άφιξη σας στο λιμάνι, όπου θα βρισκόμαστε για να σας καλωσορίσουμε και να σας συνοδεύσουμε στα δωμάτια σας. Τα δωμάτια μας βρίσκονται σε μία ήσυχη τοποθεσία μόλις 700μ. από το λιμάνι της Σκάλας. Επίσης θα θέλαμε να γνωρίζετε πως η πλησιέστερη παραλία απέχει μόνο 300μ. ενώ στα 30μ υπάρχει στάση λεωφορείου για την ευκολότερη μετακίνηση σας.
