Aseado,Sandra always attentive, in the building the staff is very friendly, the area is very nice, the building and the apartment has the right facilities to stay. The apartment complies with all the regulations to rent. All for sure.

The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Although it is a little far from the bus station, it is very easy to get to the different attractions of the area. There is a bus stop right at the door of the building. There are also several dining options nearby with all price ranges. The area is very quiet and safe for walking at night. Adriana was always attentive and responded quickly! We would definitely recommend it!

We loved staying at Nathalia’s apartment. Me and my boyfriend are doing long distance and we had one month together and we did not regret having spent it at this apartment. We’ve had many “temporary houses” but this one we really felt like home. You have everything you need. There’s a supermarket just 1 minute away, the apartment is located in a really quiet part and it’s perfectly safe. I’m hoping one day we can come back again just to look at the great memories we created. If you want to choose this apartment you will not make a mistake!
