Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. I also speak English and Italian and will be happy to help you make your vacation a real dream vacation.

With us you live in a separate, modernly furnished apartment with its own terrace, which faces east and is perfect for breakfast. The apartment consists of an anteroom, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It is equipped with all the necessary things to provide you with a pleasant stay. We are also happy to provide you with bicycles! Municipal taxes of €2.70 per night are charged per guest. The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

A natural log house in the middle of nature and yet only 2 kilometers to Lake Wörthersee and 5 kilometers to the city center of Klagenfurt. The Seltenheim golf course can be reached in 1 km. The 2022 newly renovated, bright and friendly studio apartment with about 22 m2 is equipped with everything you need. The comfortable double bed has a size of 160 × 200 cm. The location of the apartment is optimal. Downtown Klagenfurter is a 5-10 minute walk.
