Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The residential house and barn of the listed three-sided farmstead are built with an oak timber frame. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees have been pruned back, the house can be seen in all its splendour. From May onwards, it then slowly disappears behind the shade-providing foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

The maisonette extends over two floors and offers a peaceful location and panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. Old walls, exposed wooden beams, brick and clay plaster create a unique atmosphere and combine rustic charm with modern comforts such as underfloor heating and fibre-optic internet. We like to welcome you in our lovely renovated apartment.It has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom (ca 90qm) The center can be reached in 10min, Potsdam is 50min away, Berlin ca 90min. Just 300m from us you find the bus station, also near by is a super market, the Castle of Plaue and a park. We are right near the water, you are welcome to bring your kayak or a bike. It can be left in the yard, when not used. There is plenty of free parking on the street.

As a professional violin maker, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish baroque elements from the origin of the house combine with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to get as much of the original substance as possible. Whole warning: A low ceiling beams dating back to 1775 crosses the space.

Our detached house is located on the southwestern edge of the city centre near the lake with bathing facilities. It is about 5 km to the A24 motorway. The bus (city line) stops every 20 minutes on weekdays about 200 m away. There is no noisy business in the residential area. The network of cycle paths is well developed and a restaurant is within walking distance of about 250 m.
