The place allows for great contact with nature, excellent sunsets and an endless pool facing the Atlantic Ocean. Trekking, surfing, diving, stand up, and mountain biking can be practiced on a daily basis. The house is isolated from the city, as if it were a farmhouse, surrounded by the sea and very close to two of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Brazil. Praia do Farol and Prainhas. Ten minutes by car by a mud road, they separate the house from downtown. This is a special place because it took me six years to get permission to build there. The space features an en-suite (sea view), with air-conditioning, a double bed, and a bi-bed with two single mattresses.
