Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Arroio do Sal

Beautiful accommodation in Arroio, very close to the beach and super practical to go shopping in the center or the market. Denise is always very attentive, responding quickly to every question. We hope to return soon!!

The house is as described, well located, beautiful, large and comfortable view. We were well received and the accommodations are very good. It is quite complete, with all necessary items for us to feel at home. Worth a lot to spend these pleasant days there. It's definitely at the top of my future preferences.

The house is large, comfortable, close to the sea, very tidy and equipped with all the essentials (and even more!). Exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. The beach is easy to access, the hostess very attentive, always quick to respond. Quiet location, large courtyard, perfect for children. We love our stay!

Our stay at Jane's place was great. Jane knows how to meet very well, super attentive, available and ready to welcome! We very much like the house, the location, the sanitation. It was excellent these days that we spent with family! Gratitude is the word I describe.

Great house, very quiet, a little far from the city, but with the house with a pool all sorted out.

The stay was very peaceful, the location is great, the convenience of being able to walk to the beach is a perfect point for those with small children. The house is well ventilated and has everything we need. Emanuel was always quick to respond and very polite. The beds are very comfortable, the showers are great, points that are very important to me. We loved it and intend to return.

Marina is a very kind and affectionate human being...! The apartment is a reflection of her! Perfect.

I had a great experience! The hosts were very attentive and helpful, always available to help. The atmosphere is cozy, well-organized and exactly as described in the listing. Everything was impeccable, and I felt very well received! I recommend and will be back for sure!

The only "complaint" to be made is the parking space that has been made available to us, which is very narrow and the entrance to the garage very ingrime, but this is something that we have no way to change (being able to park on the street too, which is safe). Out to this little detail which, we were commented on in the key delivery, is a super spacious apartment, with a wonderful and well located accommodation. Close to everything one needs, market, pharmacy and especially the beach. It's a wonderful place, worth the investment and it makes you want to stay longer and enjoy more there. Léia and Carlos are great hosts, we were welcomed super well. Demonstration much attention with us and affection. I highly recommend to everyone, we will certainly come back more often.

Everything was great, it perfectly met our expectation, we had very happy moments in the apartment. We enjoyed the city, the beach and rested as if we were at home!

Our accommodation was great! The location is excellent, close to the beach, which made our tour a lot easier. Fabio was very attentive, always concerned about our well-being. We had a little issue with the wifi, but as soon as we notified Fabio, he promptly sent people to resolve the situation, which was very positive even though we ran out of the internet for a day.. It is noteworthy that there is no garage on site and the building does not have an elevator, so it is good to be prepared for this. If I were to make a suggestion, it would be to improve the cleaning of the house, but overall, it was a very good experience. I recommend it!

The apartment is great, spacious, comfortable and has a beautiful view of the beach. The location is also excellent, close to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops and markets.
