Monthly Rentals in Arroyo Grande

I loved the town of Arroyo Grande and even discovered the historic swinging bridge. Paula's place is spotless, quiet, and immaculate.

My family of 4 have stayed at the units here 4 times in the last 5 years. It is cozy and classy, and everything is clean and easy to operate. The hosts have always been quick to respond to any questions we may have and are the epitome of friendly and gracious. I love being so close to the beach, Pismo, and surrounding areas. We will keep coming as long as they keep having us!

Brenda was welcoming from the day we booked the trip! Her garden is truly a peaceful retreat and the space is private, cozy and clean. Will definitely be back!

What a great place to stay! If it's your first or last time this is the perfect location! Walkable to wonderful restaurants and shops, and close to the freeway if you're ready to get out and explore. Ready for our next trip and looking forward to staying here again!
