Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Bonjour and a warm welcome to you! :) We are Sandra and Roy, two young Germans who settled in the green heart of France at the end of 2020. We speak a little French, English and our native language, German. We invite you to discover the calm and magic of our new home. At our place, you'll find a rustic veggie garden and free-roaming animals like two nice pigs, lovely chickens, ducks, rabbits, and our two cats, named Panthera and Chaudchat.

Adjoining the owners' house but totally independent, this charming cocoon is ideal for relaxing. Enjoy a stone terrace and free access to a 1.3 hectare natural park with woods and ponds. A peaceful place to take the time to listen to the birdsong and enjoy the great outdoors, between volcanoes and forests.

"La Retirance" (the dwelling in Bourbonnais dialect) is a renovated country house located in Bourbonnais, offering peace and tranquility with a vast plot of 2000 m², ideal for relaxing moments. The gîte is in a rural location, but a short distance from a restaurant, supermarket and the highway, A71 (10 minutes).
