Our apartment is located on the fourth floor of a historical building. In our well-equipped kitchen you'll find coffe, tea, wine and... some useful pieces of advice to help you enjoy your stay as much as possible! We'll welcome you personally and offer you your first breakfast in Venice, too. The apartment is in the popular Castello neighbourhood. It's 5 minutes from St. Mark's Square, and is close to other attractions. Art lovers will find La Biennale just around the corner. No pets allowed.

A small romantic attic, with a private terrace, well-kept and full of light thanks to the windows overlooking the Venetian roofs. You can relax on the terrace, admiring the landscape, sipping your coffee. The house overlooks Via Garibaldi, one of the most authentic neighborhoods of Venice, where it is easy to find cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. It is not recommended for people taller than 1.80m or for people with mobility difficulties because there are 4 floors of stairs!

Luxury apartment with private balcony and beautiful view, a few steps from Piazza San Marco. One week before arrival you will be asked to provide a guest's ID, along with the payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the group) and the accommodation tax. Your data will only be shared with the Police and the Municipality. In Venice, elevators are rare: there are around 50 steps, but not too steep. There is a luggage delivery service directly to the apartment. There is a luggage storage.

The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor of a building of 3 units, overlooking Corte Formenti, a typical very quiet Venetian square, characterized by an ancient well. This flat is in Castello, the unique real, green and characteristic "Sestriere" of Venice; we finished to restore it on 2017, respecting in the furniture both the Venitian tradition both the design of 70/80 (Cassina, Flos, Foscarini, Castiglioni and Carlo Scarpa). The apartment is situated at the second floor of a venetian palace, in Campo Ruga, near to the exit of the Biennale and San Pietro di Castello, 12 minutes walking from San Mark's Square.

Insieme a mamma Marisa e papà Carlo, vi apriamo le porte del nostro appartamento che si trova nel cuore del Sestiere di Castello, a due passi dalla Biennale, a 10 minuti a piedi da Piazza San Marco e a due fermate di vaporetto dalla spiaggia del Lido di Venezia.

This one bedroom apt has a stunning view over the Arsenale and the Alps. Well located in the oldest part of Venice, Castello, at walking distance to San Marco (20 min) and well connected to the Lido by public transport (1 -2 stops). From the living room you can see the Alps sometimes capped with snow and the wall of the Arsenale, the dockyard dating back to the XIII century.
