Το σπιτι του Παναγιωτη βρισκεται σε ενα παραδοσιακο χωριο , με μινι μαρκετ, και εστιατορια πολυ κοντα, ειτε με τα ποδια ειτε με αυτοκινητο και εχει περιφραξη για οποιον εχει παιδι ή κατοικιδιο.Επισης, αν κανεις επιλεξει να μεινει εκει Πασχα, οπως εμεις, υπαρχει σε πολυ κοντινη αποσταση( πηγαινεις με τα ποδια) η εκκλησια του χωριου .Το σπιτι ειχε μονιμη θερμανση που τη ρυθμιζαμε εμεις , και ζεστο νερο.Ο Παναγιωτης απολυτα συνεννοησιμος και μαλιστα εστειλε αμεσα και τον πατερα του να μας βοηθησει σε κατι ως προς την περιφραξη, που οντως τακτοποιηθηκε πολυ απλα.Οταν φτασαμε στο σπιτι μας περιμεναν λιχουδιες, σοκολατακια και χυμοι στο ψυγειο.Νιωσαμε πολυ χαλαρα , μεσα στη φυση και την ησυχια , με κοτουλες και φιλικα σκυλακια στα γυρω σπιτια.Και εμεις και ο σκυλακος μας τα περασαμε θαυμασια.

Die Landschaft, die Natur und die Menschen des Tzoumerka haben mich tief berührt. Die Wohnung liegt nicht weit entfernt von der Brücke in Plaka und ist damit ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um die wilde und ursprüngliche Natur zu entdecken. Die Bewohner des Dorfes und des Tzoumerka überhaupt sind zauberhafte, sehr freundliche Menschen. Ich wünschte, ich könnte griechisch sprechen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, modern und mit allem, was man benötigt eingerichtet. Mein besonderer Dank gilt dem sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter! Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit, die ich nie vergessen möchte.

Stefanos is very hospitable. He met us at checkin and show us all around. Best Airbnb we ever stayed. He provided us with coffee, juice and bread for breakfast. The unit also comes with first aid kid, emergency blankets, and provides capsules for laundry, and many other little things that make us feel at home. We definitely rate his property the best of the best.

Άψογη επικοινωνία με τον Δημήτρη, μας πρότεινε δραστηριότητες και μέρη για φαγητό που αποδείχθηκαν πολύ καλές επιλογές. Το κατάλυμα όμορφο, ζεστό, όπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες πάνω ακριβώς από την πλατεία του Προυσσού.

GREAT place to stay for a big family. Spacious and quiet!! Marvelous kitchen with a lot of chinaware , tea sets.

What a stay we had!! It's been two weeks since we returned back, but I keep thinking of this place everyday and want to come back. I think we've never been treated so well and the owners did their best to welcome us. Once we arrived and were introduced to the apartment, we realised that this was exactly the apartment we were looking for. For a family of three people, we had everything needed for a week stay. The fridge was filled with a variety of local treats including beer. On the next day, the owner brought us a bag of pastries which was so kind and suggested he could with placing a reservation in the nearby restaurant - Pavlos taverna. It is a known place in Lefkada for its fantastic meat dishes and its always packed in the evenings. We celebrated my wife's birthday in there and without a doubt I could tell it was one of the best meals we ever had in a long time.I can overall highly recommend this place! Special thanks to the owners - wish you a good health and keep up what you do!

Simeoni and Spiros are amazing hosts. There should be a separate category for Simeoni. The house location is perfect, private yet close to town which has plenty of amenities. The house is also very close to a great beach and fantastic sea-side tavernas. A perfect spot!!!

nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Dimitros. La maison est très agréable, les chambres spacieuses, la salle de bain très agréable. La literie est très bien. L'extérieur est agréable, à partager avec Dimitrios mais ça n'a posé aucun problème. nous recommandons

We had a fabulous time at Paul’s and Schouten’s place. If you are looking for peace and tranquillity this is the place for you. When we travel we tend to explore and go around but this time we spent a lot more time at home… that tells you how much we enjoyed the place 😀. The surrounding nature, the landscape of the garden and the pool are ideal for relaxation and for kids entertainment. The location serves well all sides of Lefkada with most places at about 20 to 40 min distance. We especially liked the village of Karya which is only 10 min away by car. Paul and Shouten will also give you great tips for the best places to visit. Overall I definitely recommend this place.

Our time at the villa was very nice. The property was exactly as depicted in the photos and had nice amenities. Agios Thomas is a quiet town, with great beaches within a 45 min drive. During our stay, we had an issue with plumbing, but Tonia and the Sezian team were responsive and helped us with the issue. Over all, we had a very nice stay.

I had doubts before arriving to the property. New construction, no reviews, no history... I could imagine many issues to go wrong, things that don't work or are missing, construction works during our stay... you name it. Nothing of that happen! The 6 villas are impeccable, impossible to find a fault, and the service offered by Aggelikh and her team is really outstanding. It was a wonderful week, thank you so much!

Had an absolutely fantastic time here! The location is great, the house is very nice and comfortable; easily accessible by car! She is a fantastic host and is extremely warm and welcoming! She gave us wonderful recommendations and was very easy to get in touch with if we had any questions. We hope to come back in the future!

Много красив двор, приятни стаи, обурудвана кухня без кафе машина. Имахме много приятен престой. Домакинът не се натрапва по никакъв начин,но отговоря много бързо при нужда.

Le batiment a une très belle vue sur la mer en dessous et la lagune de Lefkada town. Les appartements sont très fonctionnels, modernes et avec tous les equipements nécessaires. Quand nous avons manqué de quelque chose, la réponse positive arrivait dans les minutes suivantes. La (les) piscine(s) sont un vrai plus. La route d'accès vers le logement et la descente à la plage en dessous sont un (petit) challenge à cause de la pende et de l'étroitesse de la route). En tout cas, une très bonne adresse, à recommander.

Къщата и нейното местоположение са чудесни. Терасата и гледката е невероятна за сутрешно кафе/вечеря. Обстановката вкъщата и приветлива. За съжаление в периода, който бяхме уцелихме по силна буря имаше прекъсване на вода/интернет, но собствениците предупредиха за проблемите и съдействаха с каквото могат. Собственика беше дружелюбен и приветлив, поднесе ни домашна закуска един от дните и всичко беше както трябва. Локацията е доста комуникативна и удобна за всички хубави плажове.

Deuxième séjour chez Théodora et Ioannis. L’appartement est spacieux, confortable et très propre. L’accueil et la gentillesse des hôtes est exceptionnelle et leur générosité incroyable. Si nous en avons l’occasion, nous reviendrons 😍

Η φιλοξενία μας ήταν υπέροχη! Δεν έχω λόγια για τις παροχές και την καθαριότητα! Είχε όλες τις παροχές και ακόμη παραπάνω! Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ ευγενική και φιλόξενη! Η επικοινωνία μας ήταν άψογη! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, εκπληκτικά καθαρό θα έλεγα! Μας παρείχαν τα πάντα, από καφέ μέχρι μαντηλακια ντεμακιγιαζ! Έχω μείνει σε πολλά καταλύματα Airbnb εντός Ελλάδας και εκτός και πρώτη φορά έμεινα θετικά έκπληκτη! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα, θα το επισκεπτόμουν σίγουρα ξανά!

We (my husband and I and our 2 kids (2 and 4)) had a lovely stay at Villa Rocca! The house has everything you need, is beautiful and has a laidback atmosphere. It is a 5 minute walk to the (pebble) beach and the nearest restaurant is next door! The other restaurants and supermarkets are about 10 minutes walk away. Really convenient! The only thing we missed a little bit, is a nice outside area to sit. There are two yards (front and back), but they are quite small and not very inviting to sit in. It didn’t really matter for us though as we were out most evenings. Lastly, Antonella is a very nice host! She is easy to communicate with, very friendly and super helpful. All in all, we had a great holiday at Villa Rocca and highly recommend staying here!

Το διαμέρισμα που κάναμε κράτηση ήταν εξαιρετικό! Η τοποθεσία ήταν εκπληκτική, γεμάτη με δραστηριότητες και με υπέροχη ατμόσφαιρα. Οι οικοδεσπότες μας ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλόξενοι και εξυπηρετικοί, κάνοντας τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη.

In tanti anni di prenotazioni non credo di aver mai conosciuto un host come Makis, estremamente gentile e disponibile. Appena arrivati non riuscivamo a trovare l’alloggio ed è venuto personalmente a prenderci. La casa è molto bella e dispone davvero di tutte le comodità. A 3 minuti di macchina c’è una piazzetta con una taverna in cui si mangia benissimo spendendo molto poco e una gelateria. Siamo stati davvero bene, ci siamo rigenerati da tutta la quiete intorno a noi. Grazie Makis

We enjoyed Efstathias very cute AirBnB at Lefkada a lot and missed nothing. Café and supermarkt some meters away and you can park direkt infront. Only the Street in front of the house is a bit noise in the morning. We can definitely recommend that flat and will come back! Thank you very much!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa Traditional Guesthouse e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo! Fin da subito Γιάννης e Μαρία sono stati molto disponibili, fornendoci indicazioni chiare per arrivare direttamente alla struttura (consiglio di seguire le loro istruzioni su Google Maps). La comunicazione è stata rapida e cordiale. La casa è veramente molto accogliente e abbiamo apprezzato l'attenzione e la cura dei dettagli. Consigliamo sicuramente questo alloggio a chiunque voglia vivere un soggiorno rilassante e molto piacevole!

Amazing house with nice garden, roofed bbq area and small private beach. Equiped with everything you need. Everything is clean and as described. Beds are comfortable. Supermarket and really nice fish taverna reachable in about 10 minutes by foot. Dimitrios and his parents really are amazing hosts. They were very helpful in every way and even prepared food for us. Very hopitable without ever being intrusive. I can absolutely recommend this place as for me that was the best airbnb experience I have had so far to be honest.
