Holiday rentals in Artesia

Stayed here while exploring the nearby national parks! Not too bad of a drive to both Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains. I appreciated the stock of the kitchen with cooking utensils and sauces/spices immensely!!!

Very comfortable and clean place. Katherine responded quickly and was good with communication! Would definitely recommend this place!

Location was great, easy drive to all local sights, activities, and restaurants. The patio grill was a handy feature and the gas was provided. Much more quiet than we expected given the proximity and density of neighbors, but the brick wall enclosed backyard was very private and quiet. Tried a few times to beat the high score on Packman, but no luck! Maybe next time!

we enjoyed our stay. we were there to explore Carlsbad Caverns and Guadelupe mountain. Great location for those destinations. the house is funky and fun! Stacy communicated very well.

Jenn was a perfect hostess. We were entirely. We really enjoyed our stay at Cozy Cottage. It was comfortable, well stocked with tools needed to cook, and the owner was friendly and kind. We shall rebook if we get near Carlsbad again. Lovely ambiance all around. --

Nice place to stay in Carlsbad if you are coming for the National Parks! They had amazing restaurant recommendations. The house was comfortable and had king beds! That’s always a plus for us. Will stay again when passing through. Thank you so much for hosting us.

This house is great, my wife and I were fortunate enough to stay here for a month to tour the surrounding area. The place has everything you need and in a great neighborhood. Would highly recommend to anyone trying to visit the surrounding national parks or take in Carlsbad.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for Valentine’s Day weekend, and we were very pleased with our stay. I kinda messed up with checking in because I kept trying to put the code in the top lock instead of the bottom lock, but I figured it out after going back through Chris’ checkin instructions. The kitchen looked very nice and clean, and the bed on the far left side of the hallway was super comfortable. The only issues that we had, which were already mentioned to Chris, were that the furnace for the heating unit in the hallway made a loud ringing noise when in use, there were a few hairs in the shower area that we sprayed down with some water, and the clicking noise when you use the fan in the hallway bathroom. All of which Chris said that he would address. Other than that, it’s a very lovely home, close to the river, and not far from restaurants. The drive to the caverns was about 20 minutes away, so very doable. Next time we come to visit, we’ll definitely be reaching out to Chris!
