You will also have access to a parking space on our enclosed property. Conveniently located just 5 minutes from tram line C, "Blanquefort station" (Bordeaux - about 25 minutes). Quick access to the Médoc region and its renowned châteaux. Please note, the house is not wheelchair accessible.

Located in the village center, the Ermitage cottage welcomes you to a lush, green setting where peace and quiet reign. The accommodation is situated in a former wine cellar attached to our home. It has a separate entrance. There is a bakery, a bar and tobacco shop, a pharmacy, a florist, a restaurant, a deli, a pizzeria, and a supermarket. Relaxation: the banks of the Garonne for a sunset / hiking trails for beautiful walks on the hillsides of the Entre-Deux-Mers region.

The master bedroom has a double bed and a work area. It also has a children's bedroom with two beds. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and a washing machine. But above all, a pleasant garden completes the house, with a pergola.
