Independent entrance. 2 rooms, 40 m2 + mezzanine (90X200 bed), access by unsecured staircase (not suitable for young children), overlooking the living room with equipped kitchen. 130X190 sofa bed (ideal for an adult or 2 young children). Separate WC. Bedroom with 160X200 bed. Bathroom adjoining the bedroom. Terrace and garden. Quiet environment. No third-party bookings.

Spacious, bright and quiet 140 m2 house

Composed on the ground floor of 1 bedroom and an office overlooking a patio, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. Upstairs, a master bedroom with bathroom, a dining room and a living room overlooking a terrace that is not overlooked. The garage in which we provide 2 adult bikes does not allow you to park a car because it is quite narrow. The vehicle can park for free on the street in front of the house or in the parking lot of an office building located 50 meters away.

Small adjoining studio for a single person or couple. You can see the entire room in the photos. Close to all shops. Quiet neighborhood. Bordeaux center 25 min. Near tram A to Buttinière (10 min). Bus 64 down the street that goes to Buttinière. (not WE) TV/Netflix Microwave oven. As the accommodation is small, with no room for dishes, disposable cutlery is provided. Entry is through the white front door with a lockbox.
