Rural location near Arvika

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. Here you can row with a rowing boat, fishing and swimming at your own swimming area. Enjoy the sun on the patio and go for a walk in the woods. There is also a public bathing area, also in Kolsjön, which is located in the same lake as the private bathing area. Access to games such as kubb, croquet and badminton, as well as the option to borrow 2 kayaks, including life jackets and covers. If you want to go skiing, it takes about 30 minutes to Valfjället.

The house has a large porch and nice plot that stretches around the house and into the Värmland forest. A short bike ride away you will find a grocery store, pizzeria and gas station (about 3 km). Två mysiga gäststugor - Lillstugan och Långstugan - ingår när du bokar. Stugorna står på vår tomt ca 50 m från Storstugan där vi bor. Det finns egna uteplatser intill stugorna. En gravplats från bronsåldern ligger även bakom stugan. En barnvänlig sjöstrand finns inom 100m och gäststigen dit går genom skogen bakom Långsstugan. Det finns fina vandrings- och promenadstråk ut på udden. Ett par enkla kayaker och laddare för elbil kan nyttjas enligt överenskommelse. Varmt välkomna!

Welcome to Vittebyviken! Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation with wonderful views of Lake Fryken, access to sauna, jetty and private sandy beach. The house is located on the east side of the lake, 6 km from Sunne center, opposite Rottneros Park, Sunne golf course and Västanå Theater. Two cats are in the yard that will gladly keep you company if you want to stroll around the garden.
