An architect project built in 2021 with recycled building materials in our wildflower garden. The cottage is fully equipped. Sofa bed and sleeping loft with ladder (no railing!) Washing machine, electric car charger and bicycles can be borrowed for free in the house next door, where we live. Sea view towards Båtafjorden/Bua in the south and in the west, a radiant view towards the Ringhals nuclear power plant. 50 meters to the bus stop, 100 meters to the outdoor gym and running path, 1 km to swimming. Let us know if you want to bring your own sheets for a SEK 200 discount. Cleaning is not included.

Cozy, fresh cottage of 50 m2, about 70 m from the sea with lovely swimming and hiking on cliffs. Several patios. Pleasant, quiet neighborhood. Both beach and cliff swimming within 100-200 meters. Small kitchenette/kitchen and 1 sofa bed 140 cm, as well as 120 cm bed. Kitchenette with small fridge-freezer, 2 induction plates, coffee maker, washing machine, microwave and TV with Chromecast. Small multi-gym + Trx. Same property as the main house. Close to Golf, Gothenburg and Varberg. Large Ica and bakery about 2 km. Rented weekly, Sat-Sat. Non-smoking. Cozy little cottage in Åsa. Walking distance to the sea, beach, shop, bakery, restaurants, candy store, fish cart and ice cream cafe. Close to Kattegattleden bike trail. In the area there are nice beaches, and walking paths. The cottage has a simple kitchen with fridge, small freezer, bench stove with oven, microwave. Small bathroom with toilet and shower. Small washing machine. Sleeping loft with a double bed and two single beds. Patio with outdoor furniture. Close to the train into Gothenburg, Kungsbacka and Varberg. Bed linen is included.

Nice stay on farm with pool and view

This is a beautiful place at the west cost with a stunning oceanview and nature surroundings. You will have huge fields and during summertime cows, horses and sheep's nearby. You have the entire house, garden and pool area at your disposal. The 1st floor apartment is newly renovated with the pool and grill area just outside. The 2st floor is a cosy apartment with a separate entrence. With balcony with lots of sun and ocean view. Separate entrence.

Welcome to our wonderful villa of 300 sqm by the sea! The house is located in Stenvik in idyllic Åsa at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and 50 meters to a shallow sandy beach or swimming at the jetty. The house has a large fantastic garden with pool with associated newly built pool house of 30 sqm. In Åsa, there is a home bakery, ICA store, restaurants, ice cream café and cozy shops and is only 30 minutes by train or car to Gothenburg.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. You have only 200 meters to the sea and a nice beach. The cottage has a double bed with a bunk bed on top, see picture (= 3 beds) and a single extra bed. Furnished terrace. Pets are not allowed. Smoking in the cabin is not allowed.
