Under the house there is a very well stocked grocery store and a few meters from the house there are three excellent restaurants.

Si possono effettuare escursioni, gite al mare e visite al Museo della Ceramica di Villa Guariglia. La casa è una costruzione tipica con soffitti a volta e terrazze che affacciano sul mare e sui limoneti circostanti.
