Welcome to real Italy. This is a unique home, named locally as Casa Matita (The Pencil House). It has an awesome view awaiting you from the loggia (roofed terrace). Relax, read, drink prosecco or dine while watching amazing sunsets in the peaceful medieval village of Santa Vittoria. At the top of the hill-top village, the house enjoys a 180-degree panorama of the sea and the mountains (both 45 mins). Recently restored, with three double bedrooms, parking 50m and shops/bakery/taverna 200m.

River Garden: Relaxation just 10 minutes from the city centre

Enjoy nature 400 meters from the central square of Ascoli. You can get to the center with a walk. House with garden overlooking the river and the Papal Paper Mill. A quiet and peaceful place. You will be greeted by the warmth of the rustic environment of a typical Italian house, built by my grandfather in 1922, with exposed stone masonry. The Castellano River, which can be easily reached on foot, is perfect for a walk in any season or a cool summer swim. We look forward to seeing you!

"La Chicca in centro" is an independent house located in the historic center. Comfortable and convenient, it is located in a "rua", a small, quiet and characteristic pedestrian street of the area. A few steps from Piazza del Popolo and Piazza Arringo, the "La Chicca in centro", albeit located in a pedestrian area, is adjacent to driveways where there are paid parking lots. A large table, a kitchen and a sofa make the house an ideal space to stay even for several days.
