The apartment sits on our working glamping property, where chickens roam, goats graze, dogs stand guard, and our cats supervise from afar. We’re a 10-minute walk to the Purisima Open Space trail network. This cozy apartment occupies the lower floor of our home & includes a private entrance and parking, access to a shared picnic & BBQ area.

This Airbnb is a cultural experience, and it might not be for you. That’s ok. A meaningful specific can’t possibly please everyone. Racism, sexism, homophobia, etc have no place here. We are a predominantly Spanish-speaking community. You can purchase fresh Tamales, Pupusas, etc from our street vendors. We are next to an elementary school on a semi-busy street. This tiny house is a 525 sqft home sitting offset from our main home. It has everything from a fully stocked kitchen to a laundry room inside this cozy home. Pots/pans, dishes and even a crock pot and waffle maker stock the kitchen. You will have a private fenced in front area with a seating area and artificial grass. We have built this home to welcome you as our friends and keep you comfortable. The home is located in a dog friendly neighborhood. * we do decorate for major US holidays

The Berkeley Bitty House is our cozy little detached guesthouse, located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is a few minutes drive to campus and within walking distance to many landmarks. Although itty bitty, it feels luminous and private, with a large skylight and windows that overlook a private deck with hot tub. The view of the bay from the private deck is breathtaking.
