It was very cozy and clean. Nice area as well.

The place is wonderful! It has a boutique hotel feel thanks to some lovely small touches and the cute design but with the comfort of things like getting to have coffee in your pjs and a washer/dryer. Also it was bigger than I expected based on the photos. Check in was easy and the location is nice too! I was able to explore Ashland and Huntington but there were also cute shops and a restaurant right underneath the apartment. I’d happily stay here again so if you’re thinking of booking it— do it!

To say this place is amazing, is an understatement. It was cute, and felt like home immediately. I absolutely loved the vintage touches, and the porch was nothing short of a highlight. Duncan was amazing... responsive, kind, and happy to help! I will absolutely be staying again at some point.

I stayed here for one month, and it was worth it. The washer and dryer were very convenient. It was stocked with shampoo, bodywash, conditioner, and kitchen supplies. It also came with a water purifier which came in handy. The hosts were helpful and always ready to help if you need it.

We stayed 5 weeks, Vickie was very easy to get a hold of and made sure we were happy and comfortable. We told her the bed was uncomfortable and she replaced the mattress without hesitation, even though we told her she didn’t have too.

The price is very reasonable. The house has nice size bedrooms. The kitchen and living room were a very nice size. I would have liked another bathroom or half bath. But it worked out for us. The house was also closed to a family member's home. Make it very convenient to visit. We were pleased with everything.

Such a great stay with a beautiful, peaceful surrounding. I enjoyed coffee on the back porch watching the birds and enjoying nature multiple times. The house is very easy to find, and the photo instructions make finding the enterance a breeze. The parking area is large enough I could have turned my Corolla around in the driveway if I'd needed to. The drive up to the house is your typical West Virginia back roads, but if you take it slow and pay attention you'll be just fine. Scottie was quick to respond to any questions I had, and made sure I was comfortable and happy with the stay! If I end up back that way I would for sure stay again!

Excellent place to stay to explore Wayne National Forest! Beautiful scenery and quiet. The house had absolutely everything you need for an extended stay. Gina was also an excellent host! We experienced some vehicle issues over the weekend and the only day that we could resolve them was on Monday (our last day there). She was very understanding and accommodating to our situation. I look forward to staying again!

I really appreciated the opportunity to stay at the Webb house over the holidays! Keri was very accommodating and kind. The home was clean and nicely decorated. It was accurate to the listing, what more could we ask for! The beds were all comfortable and there was complimentary coffee, it is close to a variety of things to do!

My daughter and I had a fabulous stay in Rio Grande! The home was perfect and exceeded our expectations! The online pictures didn’t truly capture the charm of the house. We had a wonderful stay at RiverSuite1. The host was proactive in communications, provided clear instructions, and the listing is spot on & accurate. The deck is a great bonus to this stay and our family (and youngsters) really enjoyed spending time on the deck and watching the river, trains, and birds. Our accommodations were great. The owners could not have been better for their quick response to our questions and coming to our rescue when we locked ourselves out. The location was convenient to downtown, however our only comment about the location was that it was within a block from a shelter for homeless people and we did not feel comfortable walking on that block at night. However, we drove our car to a convenient parking garage downtown instead.
