Arnie is a wonderful host, and the space is beautiful, clean, and one-of-a-kind. I have stayed here multiple times and I would highly recommend it!

Caitlin and her husband, Peter, are caring, considerate hosts. They made me feel welcome in their beautifully appointed, light-filled home. They were open and friendly, interested in finding out who I was, while being respectful of my privacy. When I explained I didn't like to eat first thing in the morning, they went out of their way to prepare a yummy, healthy "to-go" breakfast I could take with me to the program I was attending. Caitlin even loaned me her favorite travel coffee mug for my tea. I was able to spend my final morning having breakfast with them and they prepared a delightful meal, replete with fresh fruits and flowers from their garden. We sat outside amongst the beautiful plantings and each shared with me a precious piece of their own life story as well as how they met. That's how I discovered what wonderful people they are. I would return there in a heartbeat. Staying at the Sanctuary provided a welcome contrast from the intensity of the program I was attending.

Beautiful place and spotlessly clean. Very spacious — it’s actually bigger than it appears in the photos. Convenient 2-minute drive to ski area. Bretton Woods Vacations was great to work with; when we had one glitch with signing the contract due to a last-minute change (added a night), they were able to reconcile quickly. I suspect the issue was more an Airbnb technical glitch than anything BWV did. Overall a great stay — would definitely book thru BWV again and would certainly stay in this unit.

If you’re looking for quiet. This is the place! The nature, the building, all of it was excellent. I felt safe as a solo female traveller to stay here. The accommodations are exactly as listed. The yoga studio is lovely and the whole place is very clean. I would for sure stay here again.

We arrived at Maple Hil on a very cold afternoon in NH -- we were met with cozy living spaces warmed by wood stoves, coffee and tea available all day, and our room equipped with electric blankets and a space heater. Dennis fed the fires for us and provided silverware and dishes for our snacks in the living area; he also lent us snow shoes for a trek across the lake. We slept well and were excited to wake up to the smell of breakfast cooking -- as many reviews have said, the breakfast was perfect! We were located close to several ski mountains, a town with shops and restaurants, and Dennis had advice for all of it. This was a wonderful, cozy, perfect stay and we will be back for sure!

John was a lovely host, and the apartment was wonderful. The location was a great starting point from which to explore the surrounding area. Super peaceful, and the bed was so comfy. At night, you can see the stars through the skylights, which was great. The place had everything needed for a short stay, would definitely recommend!

This is a very comfortable and pleasant B&B in a well-preserved and beautiful old house--they had a little guide to the history in each room. The beds are very comfortable to sleep in and the temperature in the rooms is nice and warm. Breakfast was delicious. The best thing about it was the hosts: they are very friendly and attentive. You get the impression they really like their guests and enjoy sharing their beautiful home. This place is an absolute gem.

We spent 2 nights at the Lincoln apartment and had a wonderful time! The combo of fireplace, grill and outside patio was exactly what we were looking for. Also traveled with our 2-month old infant, so it was very handy to have a place separate from the rest of the inn. Glenn and Pamela were super friendly and made us feel at home instantly. Bed was comfortable, rooms were clean, Wifi, TV and all kitchen appliances worked great. We couldn't have asked for more, and would love to return in the future!

Spent just one night to go skiing. Host was responsive and friendly and let me check in at my convenience. Nice selection of breakfast foods, fruit and water...even hand warmers if needed on the slope. Very pleasant stay. Easy parking and convenient location. I'd stay again.

We loved our time at John and Sues. The area was absolutely stunning (but a little hard to find in the dark if you follow google maps instead of Sues directions) it was very cozy and picturesque and Queeny the goat was a favorite. We hope to go back someday and bring our kids with us.

We stayed at Hubble Shire Farm for a night and the house is simply beautiful. Amanda has put so much love into every room and it shows. We had to arrive late but she and her team were very accommodating and still prepared us a delicious dinner. It is a historic house so that does come with some quirks but she was quick to help find a solution. We would recommend staying here to our friends.

Quiet, clean, comfortable, and friendly. Exactly what I was hoping for!

My wife and I spent the weekend with Teresa during Oct 2024. Location was great for us. She is a wonderful host who made an amazing breakfast. The house is clean. Very nice to get to know her. We really felt welcome and enjoyed the seclusion. There were many great hikes in area including Hedgehog and High Five. Petersbough is a great town to go to. We enjoyed the Irish pub there. Also we enjoyed Lakeside and really enjoyed Winslow Tavern (owners literally took over this weekend). GOULD Farm was also a good place to stop and see. Nice views in the fall.

We only stayed for one night but had such a good night's sleep! Peter and Karen were the perfect hosts. Responsive when we asked questions and were very accomodating! We particularly enjoyed the warm, bathroom floors and the spruced up studio. 10/10 would recommend to other travelers :)

Sheila (and Bill and David) felt like family from the start. The most gracious hosts ever. They have immense pride in what they do and their Inn, as they should! They treated us so well, homemade food, conversations, access to anything we wanted to feel at home and happy during our stay. The eating area promoted meeting other guests, but if you choose to be alone they respect that as well. Our plans changed a few times and Sheila was very flexible and understanding! Lovely owners. Lovely stay!!

My second stay in another lovely room with a private bathroom. April is such a welcoming host, and her place is incredibly well-cared for and stocked with everything you could need. Highly recommended!

This is a hidden gem 3 min from crotched mountain. The property is beautiful and everything is very well run. Owners were super friendly and made us feel right at home. The room was spacious and clean and we enjoyed hanging out in the common areas. Dinner was a 10/10 and the service was great too. Definitely coming back in the summer.

This was my first Airbnb experience. From the very beginning, John and Kathy were excellent hosts. They come across as just genuine and likeable people - it really feels like you’re staying with friends. Not to mention, they are SO kind in opening up their entire (gorgeous) home and property to you. They make it clear that while you’re there you have free range to explore the grounds or utilize the fun on-site things such as the fire pit and relaxing common areas. The breakfast served each morning was so thoughtful and delicious; my husband and I really felt like we were being spoiled!! Speaking of spoiled, idk how I’ll ever be able to have a better Airbnb experience than John and Kathy provided as they really set the bar high. Looking forward to booking our next visit here for sure.

Great stay in the barn at Wise Pines! Chelsea gave super clear instructions and the welcome guide was very helpful! We had a private room which was cozy (especially with the provided space heater) and clean. We appreciated the white noise machine since our room was right next to the shared bathrooms and kitchenette. Overall great place to stay and I'd love to come back and stay for longer!

The hosts were so nice! We weren’t there a whole lot because we had wedding things to do, but they were so welcoming and kind. Had a whole set up for breakfast, coffee, waters, etc and it was only my guest and I there. It made you feel really special. They gave us our space. We’re very attentive hosts. They offered for us to use the bonfires outside too! The history of the place was really cool. Each room downstairs had a working fireplace blazing and I wish I had time to sit down and cozy up with a book. They also gave us recommendations for trails near them and shopping suggestions. There wasn’t any Ubers in the area and the hosts actually gave us a recommendation for a car service, which came in clutch. First time staying in a bed and breakfast and was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely be booking again at 6 Chimneys.

Windy and Dean were awesome hosts. It is such a blessing for them to share their little slice of heaven with others. The home, location, beautiful landscaping and delicious breakfast makes for a wonderful experience.
