Monthly Rentals in Ashprington

Our 3 night stay at North Barn in Devon was absolutely stunning and so relaxing! The owners Jilly and Pedro were there to greet us when we arrived and were so lovely. The barn itself was exactly as described and looked as good as the photos. It was a little tricky to get to with the single track farm roads but totally worth it! We made use of the rowing boat which was fun and even had a play on the swing which I highly recommend!

Nia’s place was perfect for us. Self contained studio with off road parking. Easy to walk into Totnes town with lots of restaurants to choose from (recommend booking ahead). Thanks for the dog bowls/towel!

This was a return visit to Pearse’s Cottage and it was just as lovely as ever. Corinne was kind enough to let us put our bikes in their garage out of the rain and the bottle of wine delivered by Patrick was much appreciated! The area is beautiful and perfect for walking and cycling and this is a great location for those looking for a car-free holiday. The Durant Arms is the best local pub for food but The Waterman’s and The Maltsters are also easily walkable.

Beautifully converted barn, with the large front window as the main focal point. Carefully selected furniture & homeware and lots of bespoke features made the space have a designed feel. At night it is fully dark and dead silent, perfect for a deep sleep. Would definitely come back again!
