Monthly Rentals in Ashvem Beach

The best thing about this property is it's location. Its right on the beach facing road and all you have to do is walk a few steps and enter the beach. You get a complete view of ocean right from your gallery. As for home, it's nice cozy place which is well maintained and clean. All the amenities function perfectly. Host lipy was very prompt in making sure that our stay is comfortable. She even arranged a small household item when we requested for it. Cheers to her for that. Some improvement could be done in wifi as it as was getting disconnected regularly. Also one needs to know that the place is quite small in size and not as big as it appears in the pictures. Overall it was a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Gaurav's place in the intersection of Morjim and Ashvem beaches is a lovely place to stay for group of 4-6 people. The property looks same as it appears in pictures. it's very close to the beach, and surrounded by greenery from all side. The swimming pool, right in front of the property, was very clean. Kitchen had all basic utensils and cutlery for quick tea/coffee and snacks preparation. There were petty issues with drinking water and bathroom, which was promptly worked upon by the caretaker. Overall great stay and would love to be back again.

Had the most amazing time at this BnB. The hosts were super friendly and extremely helpful, and the room itself was a work of art, warmth and luxury all in one. Will definitely visit again.
