Excellent location according to our needs and cozy space, thank you very much for hosting my family.

Our stay at this depa in Barranco was simply wonderful. The area is incredibly quiet, which allowed us to fully rest, but at the same time walking distance to a wide variety of restaurants and bars, making it perfect for both relaxing and enjoying the nightlife. The building staff was exceptional, always friendly, attentive and respectful, which made us feel very welcome. And of course, we can't help but mention Eduardo, the host, who was extremely cordial, available and lovely. He treated us like home. We'll definitely be back with pleasure. Unforgettable and highly recommended experience!

The place is very comfortable, the terrace is great for enjoying games and drinks. The beach is super close by. Communication was very quick.

Very clean, good location, communication with Laura was very fluid. I helped me solve my doubts and problems. I would return without a thought highly recommended.

We really liked the apartment, you can see that they have put in the effort to renovate and update it, and it has turned out very nice. Very good wifi. The description and photos match. Access is via public stairs, public parking on the pier as described. We spent a few quiet days in the middle of the week, enjoying the view.

My stay was fabulous !! Great location very close to the beach, restaurants, cafes, tourist attractions. The apartment is totally cozy, equipped with a beautiful terrace inside the apartment I was able to do work remotely , I loved the details that I found in the apartment as filters and perfect sweets for my income that I did in the early morning . I enjoyed the gym that it provides in its facilities and the super attentive staff,Gladys a Superhost responded to all my messages even from my arrival . It's really the best apartment I've ever visited , I highly recommend it.

Warm welcome, beautifully decorated and super clean apartment. It’s a short walk (1 block) to the main square, the park, the church, and the beach entrance. So many restaurants too. The family really takes care of their place and they are so quick to answer any questions. Sra. Vicky and her husband are super sweet! We felt warmly welcomed and had a great time! PS: beds are super comfortable!

is an extremely large apartment. It is equipped to accommodate up to 5 people. It has 2 bathrooms and one of them has a nice bathtub. It's a little old. But the finishes they have placed to modernize are very good. The area is a bit far from everything, but two or four blocks away are two major avenues of public transport.

A very nice view, the beach is small and it fills fast, but one can accommodate. The beach is ideal for swimming and children.

The vistas through all the tall glass doors are fantastic. The floorplan is open, allowing a nice breeze. The kitchen is well equipped. Potable water was provided. There was plenty of toilet paper. We spent a lot of time on the porch watching the bay. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The stay was excellent, everything was very comfortable, clean and the apartment was well equipped. Carolina and Alejandro were very helpful and kind at all times. We really enjoyed our days there, we felt right at home and we were very close to a very good restaurant from where we had an incredible view! I highly recommend it.

Great place to spend it with family, quiet and close to the beach. It has a pool in the depa and also if desired the other pool on the terrace can be booked. There were some problems when we arrived but they were always attentive to being fixed as quickly as possible and always attentive to what we ask about the place. He was flexible with the check-out.

Vanessa's attention was clear, quick, friendly and flexible. The house has everything you need to spend a few days relaxing near the sea. The condominium is clean, with well-maintained gardens and pools. The spacious, clean and life-saving beach. The proximity to Boulevard de Asia is a plus for shopping and dining in various restaurants. We would hire Vanessa again.

Many thanks to Daniel for his welcome and help at all times! The departamento had Internet adequate para can work. The indoor pool was ideal for my girl (2 years) as it is not deep, outside there were 2 more options of pools, and even the condominium has a small park with games for children. You can walk quietly on the seawall at night, we could enjoy the beach in the day, although it is true the sea is something moved in front of the condominium, but if you walk a few meters, you can find an area to be able to bathe. The option provided by the condominium restaurant is good, it has an internal store that sells you basic products and there is no need to go out. There are also restaurant delivery options from other condominiums if desired. The apartment felt very cool to be able to rest, despite the heat of the season. It was a 1 week escape with my family, and we're already thinking about coming back!

I recommend the beach house. It has an excellent location, with quick access to the beach, and common areas such as pool and gym. The house has comfortable facilities, and very well-distributed spaces. The location is perfect for Plaza de San Bartolo, convenience stores, and restaurants. The host of the place was always very kind, helpful and attentive to answer any questions. I 100% recommend the place to spend it with family and/or/or friends.

The apartment is cozy, all tidy and clean. Only the coffee pot and the bulkheads should be fixed. The sea exit at night is dark the way. Hence everything is very helpful from the security that works to the owner.

My stay at Jorge's Airbnb was excellent! The place has an incredible view to the sea, perfect to relax and unwind. It is very comfortable, clean and well equipped, ideal for both a short getaway and a longer stay. I loved the privacy it offers and the area is quiet, safe and very beautiful, with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. Jorge was very attentive at all times. Would definitely come back!

Great apartment and Gilda was very easy to communicate with. The pool area was nice and the gym was well equipped.

Bruno is a great host, he was very attentive when I arrived and waited for me. The place is super cozy, close to the condominium pool and about 10 minutes from the beach, it has all the comforts to spend quality time with family or friends in a private and quiet environment.
