This luxury apartment is huge for the area in D1 with 24/7 security. the apartment is beautiful and quiet. The restroom can use a bit of remodeling. The gym was clean. The rooftop with city skyline view and pool was nice.

Both bedrooms had lovely balconies with breathtaking views, perfect for travellers. One of the most special sights was a serene Buddha statue on a nearby rooftop, glowing beautifully at night. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, helping us extend our stay when needed. On checkout day, an emergency came up, and he graciously allowed us a late checkout. His hospitality truly made a difference. Whether you're visiting for a short stay or need a comfortable transition space like us, this apartment is an excellent choice. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of warmth during their stay.

we loved our stay in Hoi An at Hien’s place. their accommodations definitely made us enjoy our experience even more. originally, we booked here for a week. we ended up staying close to two. the room was super clean and had what we needed and the hosts were awesome. they set us up with our motorbike, helped us exchange money, and let us buy the big jugs of water from them. The place is situated right in the middle between the beach and old town. Recommend renting a motorbike to get around. highly recommend!

Great place to stay. There's an alphamart right below the place where you can also park your car. The layout of the place was great. All the bedrooms were spacious and cozy. You can also get access to the rooftop to hangout/sing karaoke. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lipa!

Very neat and clean place,.exactly as shown in pictures. I was planning to stay for 1 day only, but in couple of hours of checking in, I extended by 3 more days. I generally book stay for 1 day first and if I like the place, I book for remaining days. it was really a good experience. the only drawback is that there is no kitech but it's already mentioned in the ad, so all good.

We had a wonderful time staying at La Donna’s home. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location near shops and restaurants. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Todo genial, para ir a Manila, hay que coger un jeepney hasta la estación de santos y listo, es mucho más rápido que el Grab. El apartamento genial no le falta de nada. Muy recomendable

Hosts were very responsive, even during the Holy Week break. Place was ideal. Unit was within a secured property. Drinking water and laundry service were accessible in-building.

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gefallen, wer es etwas ruhiger mag Abends. Das Zimmer & Badezimmer waren sauber, Café trinken, essen gehen konnte man direkt vor der Haustür. Das einzige was für uns etwas nervig war, dass wenn man nachts nachhause wollte, man immer zuerst klingeln musste damit jemand die Garagen Tür aufmacht Ansonsten hat uns die Unterkunft sehr gefallen
