This is a 300-pyeong private house located in a tranquil cottage village near Seoul. It is towards Namhyang, so the morning sunlight shines very warmly. It is the best accommodation for spring cherry blossoms, summer valleys, autumn foliage, winter snow, and four seasons. To provide clean and minimalist accommodations, we want to limit the maximum number of guests to 3 for the time being. When visiting with infants under 2 years old and under, the maximum is 4 people. Guests can use the entire first floor of the two-story house and the garden independently. The owner's house lives on the second floor and the entrance is separated to the entrance for a private time. We have opened it as a home for many people to experience a furniture showroom and private space that is also our family's vacation home. This is a three-story structure, and the lemon room on the third floor has a primary bedroom. The second floor is a dining and living area, and guests can use it freely. Thank you for your interest in our fancy house! We are very close to Everland; it only takes 5 minutes by car. If you are part of a large group of more than 10 people, this house is the best choice for your trip. We have 15 beds, each with its own power outlet, and the bedding is very comfortable and clean. Moreover, we have a huge garden and deck, which are great places for parties and barbecues.
