It is a holiday villa consisting of a double bedroom with the possibility of adding a single bed and with a bathroom serving the room, a single bedroom, kitchen, a second bathroom, living room and a fantastic terrace overlooking the sea. The house is equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your stay pleasant, such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, bed linens and towels.

Breathtaking sea view, just steps from the beach and the town center, convenient for shopping and dining. The accommodation overlooks a lively and busy square, so during your stay you may hear noise from municipal events (festivals, concerts) or nearby private venues. Just a few minutes' walk from the train station, with connections to Palermo (12 km) and Cefalù (45 km). From October to January, some neighbors may carry out renovation work in their homes.
