Laurence’s house is beautiful and very clean. It is in a nice quiet area with easy access to lots of lovely places.

We had the pleasure of spending a week with Marie-Anne and were very warmly welcomed by her. She fully respects the privacy of her guests and is always available quickly and helpfully for any questions. The pool and garden were released for our own use, which we really liked. The location of the property is quiet and pleasant, perfect for relaxing, and at the same time an ideal starting point for excursions in the area. The apartment fully corresponds to the pictures and offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

The house was big, very private, nice pool and bbq area, we spend our nights bonding and eating by the pool area. The bathroom was a little tight but works ok. Big dining area, fit all 11 of us. Overall, we had a pleasant comfortable stay.

The house is located in a safe gated street. The house itself is modern and airy, truly wonderful and relaxing with fantastic views over the mountains of Grasse. We met Julian's wife who kindly showed us around the house. They were very responsive and friendly. We had a fabulous time and would come again!

A perfect setting in the hills, the apartment is at the top, functional and very nice. The sauna and spa tub a delight to relax!! A hearty, and local breakfast, don't hesitate to come try!!

A fairly exceptional place for the French Riviera: quiet, welcoming with an environment without vis-à-vis, very green and full sky. This allows you to distance yourself from the frenzy of the French Riviera during these summer periods. Communication with Joyce is easy and confident, making it easy to feel good. And lots of little touches made us feel like friends. Similarly, the house is very nicely decorated with taste and simplicity (different from photos and even prettier) and it is very well equipped. And, as regulars of the Colle sur Loup for over 30 years, we definitely recommend Maison Joa Terra!

Emmanuelle is a hospitality professional. She is friendly and welcoming. Its duplex is as described in the advertisement . We slept very well quietly in a serene affair. A big thank you to you, Emmanuelle and Airbnb who relocated us quickly after the very bad experience we had just had in the previous accommodation on the Marina. We would highly recommend

Beautiful house, perfect for several families where everyone feels good. Wonderful outdoor space, between the pool, the garden and the kitchen/barbecue area where you can find everything a cook needs to make a good meal. Close to small quality shops with very welcoming people. And finally a very warm welcome. Thanks for this beautiful stay.

It was a pleasure to stay at Laetitia's, the apartment was clean and compliant, we enjoyed the private class and the fragrance of the orange flowers.

Fantastic accommodation with a brilliant host! We had 10 people staying in the whole rental unit and there was lots of space for everyone! 5 seperate bedrooms with en-suites, 2 kitchens, brilliant showers and everything was clean, tidy and well kept! Perfect for a group or families! The highlight was the rooftop with a stunning view across the beach and up to the mountains, the sunsets were spectacular! Great garden space with French Boules (Pétanque) court aswell. Fantastic concierge who answered any issues we had with great speed. Right beside the beach (1 minute walk under the tunnel) which was sandy (not rocky like Nice) and the water was perfect. 10-15 minute walk from train station which gets you anywhere around the south coast from Cannes to Monaco. Close to Juan Les Pins (walking) and Antibes (Uber or train). Aqua park and mini golf 15 mins drive away aswell. Overall the best Air bnb accommodation I have stayed in due to all the factors above, thank you!

Large house with a really nice pool area overlooking the mountains in private and quiet surroundings. Well equipped kitchen and aircon in all bedrooms and in kitchen-dining area.

We had a very good welcome by William , beautiful villa and very well located . I would recommend this very friendly Airbnb. Nothing to say , it was great!
