The rural house is 1 km from the town of Sant'Apollinare Here you will find all the essential shops. The house, the swimming pool and the appliances are for the exclusive use of those who are guests at that time; surrounded by vineyards, in a dominant position on a hill, 1.5 hectares of vineyard attached to the house and property, ensure the necessary privacy. Towels are provided in the bathroom (one large and one small for each guest present). San Vito Marina is 4 km away, Lanciano and Ortona are both 10 km away.

In the heart of Pacentro, the Stone House "I Due Gradoni" leans against the historic stone arch, symbol of the district. The high white stone steps of the Majella lead into the house: the mountain setting is welcoming, preserved in its vintage style. The house is spread across 3 levels and on the first we find the living area and the dining room with a smart TV for the most demanding. On the two upper floors, there are three bedrooms, a balcony with a view, two bathrooms, and the comfort of Wi-Fi and smart TV.

Really close to the mountain (for those who love hiking), to the Sanctuary of San Gabriele and 40 minutes from the seaside and the Adriatic coast. 1h from Pescara, 2h from Rome Airports by car or bus. The structure, fully fenced, has got a private entrance, 3 car places, a patio with table and chairs in the private garden, a vegetable garden and a small orchard. Two bedrooms each with a private bathroom, kitchen, dining room with sofa-bed and fireplace, extra bathroom.

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.
