Holiday rentals with breakfast in Assisi

This is our “go to place” in Assisi!! Great home, centrally located, within walking distance of everything!!! Fabio is great, always responsive and accommodating! He gave recommendations for a shop for a birthday for one of our party on his birthday, we were able to surprise him, it was awesome!! We will be back!!

Large apartment with very spacious bedrooms and bathroom. The view from the rooms is beautiful. The apartment has private parking and in 5 minutes you can be downtown. Everything was perfect! I'll reconsider it on my next trip to Perugia!

Eda is a terrific hostess. The house ( she lives on the bottom floor and the floor above is for the guests) is very cool. As you can see from the photos the decoration is eccentric. Don’t be afraid, it all works and gives a very comfortable and welcoming environment. The garden directly outside the front door is magnificent and just the right size to make a perfect oasis. If there is something you require that is not there eda will make it appear. Just ask. The garden at the lower level is outside Eda’s living quarters. It is less private but she is happy to have guests use it as well. Location is just right for visiting the area.

Great location to explore Perugia

Assisi is, in my opinion, the most beautiful place on earth - and this Airbnb is certainly the absolute best to experience that beauty! This was my third time visiting Assisi, for 19 whole days in this ocassion, and this Airbnb and its strategic location made it so that those 19 days were nothing short of perfect. It is on the topmost section of the city, a couple of blocks from the parking lot and bus stops of Piazza Matteotti (so worry not about long walks with your luggage from and to the train station), and within short and easy distance from all the important landmarks in the city - including Rocca Maggiore which I visited every morning to take in the view. If your going alone or as a couple, stop right here and rent this Airbnb NOW!! Perfect size and perfect furnishing, I never had a single issue with none of the appliances. Finally I of course have to give a huge huge thanks to Deborah and Pasquale for their great kindness and generosity and attention.

The apartment is large, in a quiet area close to Assisi. The garden helps you relax and walk. Very convenient indoor parking. Our two puppies enjoyed the garden and the space in the house. The hosts are super helpful and friendly. Recommended if you want to visit Assisi and the surroundings but also be quiet

Andrea’s home in Gualdo Cattaneo is very well located to do day trips to the many sightseeing places in Umbria and even Tuscany. The house, separated by a fence, is located in the family farm. You can hear the donkey, goats and chickens 😀. It has a balcony on the back of the house with a beautiful view of the olive fields and vineyards surrounding the property. We were very lucky to be there when the family was harvesting the grapes to make their wine and Andrea shared some of the grape juice with us! We stayed 6 nights and didn’t run out of things to do. Supermarkets are a short drive away. We cooked breakfast and dinner at his home, after a long day of sightseeing. It’s a large home that can accommodate a family.

Great place. Close to a market and all the restaurants and churches. We will stay here again. Check out the Nun Spa too. Assisi is an amazing fun little town.

Such a wonderful stay at Silvias beautiful property. We stayed for two weeks and it was the best holiday we’ve ever had! The perfect base from which to explore Umbria while also being a great place for rest and relaxation around the pool. The views are incredible. Silvia and her partner Simone are happy to help with anything you need and very responsive. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a second home for your stay in Umbria.

Maria is an amazing host! Her friendly welcoming nature made us feel at ease from the very start. Her attention to detail was amazing and her apartment was beautifully decorated. We had a few hiccups with transport and eSIMs which didn’t work, but Maria sorted everything out for us. We will be staying there again and next time we will stay for much more than just 3 days! Thank you Maria!!

The apartment is a two-storey studio in a house with two further apartements, that of the landlords and a second holiday apartment. Both the landlords’ apartment and the studio have roofed terraces with a wonderful view onto the Valle Umbra. Although landlords hardly use their terrace, a construction between the two terraces that would ensure privacy, would have been nice. The studio is tastefully furnished and artfully decorated. The landlords had prepared a welcome box, when we arrived!

I stayed at Bettina's for 10 days with my dog Rita, an English setter. Rita had a great time, she had all the space to run and explore. I also worked from there very well, the house is nicer than it looks in the photos, everything works well and the place is cozy. Bettina was friendly and did not hesitate to lend me an onion and two slices of bread when I found myself with few ingredients for dinner. Highly recommended

The house is amazing: it has a beautiful panoramic view above a part of historical center of Perugia, two balconies, three levels and three bathrooms. It's located in a historical building, yet is very confortable and clean. It is close to the Museum of Contemporary Art and the historical center of Perugia. We reached the adress very easy using the minimetro of Perugia. Mauro was very friendly and responsive to our needs. We certainly recomand it for any visit in Perugia!

Place was great and clean. Located in the middle of the Shrines of St. Francis and St. Clare. Beautiful view outside. Has all the amenities we needed for our stay. Host was friendly, accomodating and responds in a timely manner.

Really nice stay! The house is cozy and well-kept, located in a convenient location to visit Foligno and the surroundings. We immediately felt comfortable thanks to the kindness and availability of Fabbrizio, who made us feel at home. An extra point definitely goes to your dog, very nice and affectionate, which made the experience even more special. Everything went great: cleanliness, comfort and tranquility. We hope to be back soon!

Stefania is a wonderful host. She pampered us with great pastries and a warm welcome, making us feel at home. The stay at this beautiful B&By nestled in the Umbrian countryside was definitely refreshing.

Marco and Karen were wonderful hosts providing privacy and recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Beautiful property with stunning views and even puppy dog Molly was a sweet girl. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit the countryside for peace and quiet to stay with Marco and Karen

One of the best homes we've been to. The building in an old medieval tower with garden overlooking the lake, totally renovated and very comfortable inside. The room is beautiful and very clean, everything was perfect and very professional. Best of all, Monica's treatment, always attentive that we were at ease, picked us up at the station, gave us recommendations about the village and at the exit allowed us to leave our bags until the time of our train. Fantastic breakfasts, adapted to my gluten-free food needs. Thank you very much for everything, if we go back to the area we will stay here again definitely!

Lovely stay with breathtaking garden , great breakfast and loving staff .

We had a wonderful stay at Valentina’s palazzo, beautiful host and beautiful historical house. We had assistance from Valentina’s husband to park our car in the front of the house and with the luggage. Very hospitable hosts, it was a pleasure talking with them, and Valentina prepared a beautiful breakfast table and shared many stories with us. It felt like being with family. Tobi the dog was adorable. We highly recommend their B&B. Thank you for your hospitality.

The country house is the ideal place to relax with the family and enjoy a unique experience in an environment away from stress and surrounded by nature, Mara and all the staff are very kind and always available, we will return as soon as possible
