Everything was taken care of in the smallest of details The staff was super helpful, they recommended great restaurants and gave us some gems on the things to visit. Very clean room with attention to every detail, fantastic breakfast, all made at home, absolutely try ricotta cake and lemon, biscuits with almonds and wine taralli but also the other things are very good. Very convenient location, free parking on the property. We hope to be able to come back more calmly.

As soon as you cross the entrance to the Bocci Residence you are enchanted by the beauty of the location... A place surrounded by nature where you can relax, but at the same time it has a strategic location to be able to easily reach Assisi, Spello, Rasiglia and the Marmore waterfalls (just to name a few!). The welcome breakfast was fabulous especially for the taste of cakes made by Leonardo's mother (too bad I didn't have it every day!) The apartment on the first floor overlooking the pool has a rustic style but at the same time elegant. I highly recommend staying with Leonardo, experienced hosts, if you are in Foligno in Umbria.

Staying here was one of the highlights of our month long trip! wonderful host, very charming B&B with comfortable clean rooms, the breakfast was so good, and the location absolutely beautiful! We wished we could have stayed longer.

Paola’s place was just what we needed. Quiet, clean, good location, great breakfast, and help with travel plans in the area. Leonardo was very nice and easy to talk to. It’s a very quiet area. Walkable to main town. He gave us a great restaurant recommendation for our first night. Simple and comfortable room.

Loretta and her husband were kind and helpful during the stay. The house is clean and equipped with all the comforts. The view is unique and is the perfect place for those who want to spend days of true relaxation surrounded by nature. We'll definitely be back!

A lovely, lovely stay. Fabulous and kind hosts. Amazing breakfast. Spotless. Surrounded by nature. My only warning would be this is a great place if you are driving. If on foot +bags... start preparing now... the hill up to town is steep! It is walkable but it was definitely the least favourite part of my day. Thankfully the bus stop is fairly close at the top of the hill. Anyway, overall, I would whole-heartedly stay again. THANK YOU so much for an amazing stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 2-night stay at Franca's traditional home. It is furnished with interesting vintage and antique pieces that Franca has gathered during her travels. The setting is a short distance (about 10 minutes walk) outside the walls of Assisi, with Santa Chiara being the closest sight of interest. The street is a very quiet one, but be aware that you will need to walk uphill to reach the house. I took the bus from the train station and got off at Porta Nuova, which is quite close to the house. If you have heavy luggage (I had only a medium backpack) you probably should take a taxi. The guest room is quite large and has a door to the balcony, from which there is a beautiful view out over the Umbrian countryside. It was lovely to see lemons growing in pots on the balcony -- in February! Franca is a friendly and outgoing hostess, and her dog Argo is adorable. Breakfast was the usual Italian one (crossant or a pastry, and coffee). Grazie, Franca, arrivederci!

The Sunflower is in a strategic position to visit Assisi and its surroundings! The room is clean and spacious, if it is very hot, you can request the air conditioner. The breakfast is very generous and the owner is very friendly and available to give information!

Annelie's place was indescribably beautiful! The whole experience was incredible. Annelie really cares and takes care of her guests to make sure you have the most comfortable, enjoyable trip. The place has the most amazing view, and is super cozy. The towns nearby have lots to offer. And the churches and hikes nearby are amazing. A great way to get lost for a few days and enjoy the peace. This one is definitely for the books!

We spent a night at Cinzia's. We had a very good time, she is a helpful and kind Host. Pleasant breakfast , served with care and care. There is another good reason to go from Cinzia in the spring: Discover, observe, and listen to the rondinelle that return every year and nest there.

We, a family of five, enjoyed staying at Monte Vibbiano Vecchio very much. We were personally welcomed in a friendly and hospitable manner. The rooms are spacious and stylishly decorated, much seems original to the house, like the beautiful wall paintings. The host was very helpful for example with booking tables at the local restaurants.

Good afternoon. We stayed a couple of nights at the property and we have to say that everything went really well. From the room impeccably furnished to breakfast with really good local products, then passing through the centrality of the house and, finally for the beauty of the village: everything is very charming. From the first moment you set foot in the castle, it seems that time has stopped a few centuries ago. What can I say about the structure's managers, they are truly friendly people who will go above and beyond to make you breathe in the authentic Umbrian air and make you feel at home. We hope to return soon.

Rustic accommodation in Umbrian farmhouse perfectly furnished with a pool, very clean and relaxing. For those who want to enjoy relaxation in nature. Highly recommended!

A typical style structure with a cute pool overlooking the valley. But the most beautiful thing was the feeling of feeling at home thanks to Alvaro, Alessandro and Tina who took care of us as family members. Exciting experience. Everything is beautiful despite the heat, but the pool is a cure-all at sunset after visits to the different beautiful towns and very close to the property.

It was a great stay. It is a heavenly tranquility and a great panorama between the many olive trees. Graziella received me very nicely and was always available. You can use a kitchen and have breakfast. Bevagna is a beautiful place. Assisi, Spello and other places are easy to reach by car. I highly recommend it and go back there myself.
