Apartment holiday rentals in Assisi

We had an excellent stay with our son and my parents in Valentina's apartment. The welcome is impeccable, Valentina is very kind and attentive to give all the useful information to make your vacation as pleasant as possible. The apartment is very clean and with everything you need to cook. It has a large garden with a common pool. Indomma a paradisiacal place! We hope to be back soon! 100% recommended

We came back for the second time at this small but cozy place with great pleasure. Dear Fabio and Monica, always ready to answer all our questions and needs. The quiet of the house and the village was ideal for us to relax in a period of stress. As always, delicious and the surroundings are always to be visited with pleasure. As always, we returned home with our hearts in peace (and the trunk full of oil, legumes, cereals and wines🫣🤣). Polly, our 12-year-old dog, also really enjoyed the stay. We hope to be back soon!♥️

Claudio's place was immaculate! I've never seen an Airbnb that was this clean and well thought out for this purpose. There was plenty of room for the two of us with space available to store our travel things for the week we were there. Claudio was very thorough in explaining how things worked and where things were located and also included notes here and there with how to deal with the trash, heating/cooling system and check out. The bed was very comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets to use as needed. As with most Italian bathrooms, the shower was a little small for those of larger stature, but it functioned well and the amount of hot water available was plenty for 2 people to be able to shower one right after the other. Claudio also left some wonderful welcome snacks, water, wine and had the kitchen stocked with all the necessary basics for making meals at home. He even had both Italian and American coffee available with the appropriate tools for preparation.

Mr. Bård Borch's house is in a very central area of Perugia with all the attractions two minutes away from a pleasant walk, but it is also a quiet place to rest in peace. Recently restored, it is taken care of down to the smallest detail and very clean. The co-host was excellent, helpful, and responsive. Perfect and recommended, thank you!!

House surrounded by greenery on the hills of Perugia, small but cozy and complete with all comforts. The terrace is very nice and with a beautiful view. Alessandro and his partner were always available and kind. I can definitely recommend it.

The accommodation is a small paradise of tranquility. No noise pollution. Wonderful view. Careful environment and a beautiful pool where you can relax and cool off. Antonella and her family are exquisite, kind, and extremely discreet people. strategic location to visit both the villages of Lake Trasimeno and to visit Perugia, Assisi and many other places. The nearby village is enchanting and you can shop for local products. For a more complex shopping just reach the lake village (Passignano) and you can find coop and Conad. the only thing that should be considered is that the area is totally devoid of a mobile network. The house is equipped with wifi, but as soon as you leave the house, even just to go to the pool, you have no way to access the network. For those like us who wanted to disconnect from everything, it was a no problem. If instead you needed to work or be available, it should be considered. overall for us it was a beautiful week of relaxation. It's worth it.

A sweet little place with a magical view of Assisi. Everything you need and an excellent location. Close to restaurants, supermarket and pilgrimage sites. Daniele provided excellent recommendations for dining.

Wow! What a beautiful sanctuary in a lovely, historic town. The apartment was spotless and comfortable , offered all the necessary amenities plus some treats we weren’t expecting. A bit hard to find but Stefania was available to guide us in and to help with check in. The bedrooms were spacious and everything was tastefully decorated. If you are looking for a cozy place to stay in Spello, look no further.

very nice location... reachable in terms of the tourist towns Assisi, Perugia,Spello, Gubbio,Orvieto. we highly recommend it for those who want to spend a weekend in absolute tranquility not to mention the pool at your complete disposal. highly recommend for those who want to have a wonderful weekend Thank you again we will consider in case we want to come back.

Marcus' apartment is in a perfect location, right in the center. It is located on the second floor, two large bedrooms, perfectly equipped kitchen complete with oven and dishwasher, blind bathroom, but functional. Perugia proved to be a perfect location, also for visiting other destinations such as Assisi, Spoleto and its surroundings. Marcus was always kind and helpful.

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

An oasis of peace in the Umbrian hills, surrounded by olive trees, countryside and woods. The house is super cozy, ideal for spending a few days to discover the surroundings or for rest: it is equipped with everything you need and furnished very well. Daniela is super helpful and responsive. A mention also to Nazareno, the guardian of the village: a hospitable person who told us the story of the village and gave us recommendations on the area. We'd go back right away!

Great views. We only stayed one night, but had the opportunity to enjoy the SPA, which is cozy and beautiful.

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

Place is huge for a family of 6. We enjoyed our stay. The host went out his way to help us find the place. Overall, it was a nice stay in your place.

My partner and I had a wedding in the local area and this location was perfect. The hosts were very accommodating and were even able to drive us where we needed to go for the weekend. We also asked if we could be picked up from the airport and we were accommodated for that too. Giovanni was very quick to respond to our messages during our stay and was very flexible with our check out time. It’s also worth mentioning that the apartment stays very cool so there’s no need to worry about having no air-con, a fan was provided and that was enough. The pool area is amazing and it is so tranquil, there are a lot of bugs in the area though so bring your bug spray! Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are visiting the area or have a wedding to attend at Terzo di Danciano.

We stayed in Deruta in apartmant LaCollina. Beautiful place.. Stone house, close to olive treas, pool, beautiful view... Apartman spacious, with floor heating... It was like a treat on our two weeks holiday in Italy. Thank you Yuri for welcoming us! All 10/10! Top
