Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a pay-per-use electric vehicle charging station. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by a mosquito control system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

The main services offered by the town, food, restaurants, Italian Post Office and pharmacy, are within walking distance.

Welcome to our late 19th-century farmhouse renovated in 2023. It's on top of a soft hill with great views. Romantic old house in Govone, Roero

The house built in 1943 has a splendid view of the Roero hills, with vineyards on one side and the Govone Castle on the other. The house was my family's country house and has been totally preserved with the exception of the two bathrooms and the kitchen which were completely renovated in 2016. In 2022 important works aimed at saving energy were carried out: insulation on the external walls, replacement of windows and shutters, solar panels and heat pump.

The Tana house is a delightful country house, nestled in the green hills of the Alto Monferrato (UNESCO World Heritage), between the valleys of the White Truffle, just minutes from Acqui Terme, ideal for family holidays and for relaxing holidays full of good food and wine in the area. It has two separate and fenced gardens, with private swimming pool, all for the exclusive use of guests and is surrounded by fields, vegetable gardens, woods and vineyards.

The house, equipped with a swimming pool, is located two km from the town and overlooks the valley. It enjoys complete autonomy and allows guests to live in a typical farmhouse with antique furniture. Guests have exclusive access to the property. The other house overlooking the courtyard (it was a small village) is also my property and is closed during the guests' stay. I chose to have few guests to ensure more peace of mind for them and me.

Casa Moscato is a beautiful, finely renovated house located in the Langhe, near Neive and a few minutes' drive from Alba, surrounded by vineyards, ideal for families and friends to discover our magical territory. Inside, it has a dining area with an equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with a double bed, all with an internal bathroom. Outside, our guests can relax in the private garden and will have a swimming pool (10x4 meters) at their disposal.
