Holiday rentals with beach access in Astúrias Beach

The apartment has a simply stunning view, which made our stay even more special. The location is also great, with easy access to the main tourist landmarks. However, the bathroom could be better maintained. Although it was functional, some details could be improved, such as the finish. Overall, the experience was positive and I would recommend the property, especially for the amazing view.

The apartment is very well located, there is everything close by, including a large mall, Praiamar, which you can walk. João always responded very quickly and we had an intercurrence only with the control of the TV that was resolved promptly. All environments were very clean and organized when we arrived. In matters of kitchen items, the apartment is very well equipped. I would definitely host again.

I do not regret it at all, the apartment is on the side of the beach and there is a lot close, inside the ap it is really very comfortable, clean, I felt at home, there is nothing missing, overlooking the beach and we still managed to rent a place in the condominium, note mil!!

The house is exactly or even better than the photos, Willian is kind and I always request. We spent quiet and wonderful days. I would definitely come back and recommend it with my eyes closed.

The house is quite ewuipada of utensils, is really beautiful as in the pictures and comfortably accommodated the whole family. The condominium is quiet and everything makes us feel at home. I was very pleased with the rental and super indication. My suggestion would be just a heating in the pool. Since the water is cold we cannot take advantage of it as we would like.

With a private beach and enhanced security, the space is exclusive to the condominiums. The kiosk serves every need, ensuring guests' convenience. In addition, the view from the deck is stunning, accompanied by the gentle sound of the waves, creating a perfect environment to relax and enjoy nature.

The Nazare house makes us feel at home, cozy, calm and delicious. The surroundings have everything we need, market, pharmacy, gym, the beach is just a few minutes away. We love our stay and contact with Nazare, always very friendly and helpful.

Home in a great location, private, flexible check in, communication with Victoria is quick to return. The house is also large, well-equipped, has cozy beds, bedding and bath linens of good quality and care. No words for this home. I can only say it's amazing. All very clean, organized and very cozy. Victoria and Italo were very attentive and helpful. The whole house is surrounded, so for those who go with a pet, it's all very safe. My family and my dogs love everything. Sure is a house we would love to be able to return soon.

It was one of the best Airbnb I've hosted since they deliver standard hotel cleanliness and hygiene (which should be the standard for all hosting but unfortunately is rare). The house is very wide and I was able to spend moments together with the family but at the same time with enough space for each one to have their privacy. Guaiuba beach is delicious, surrounded by greenery, barely resembling an urban beach. Voltaria without a doubt.

Liliane's space is a real piece of heaven on Earth! And Beth is the guardian angel! The place is gorgeous, very suitable for those who need to enjoy a time of rest, with quality! It's hard to leave! What delighted us most is how warm and caring Liliane was! And all these virtues are extended to our pets! Everything is conducive and adapted for them to enjoy, as if they were the real owners of the house! We thank you for the opportunity of this wonderful experience! We sure want to go back!

Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. Sandra's apartment is amazing and would recommend with her eyes closed. It is complete and close to everything we lack nothing, extremely cozy. Great place for trips with family or friends! Good location, wide balcony and in front of the waterfront, just cross the street! Well equipped kitchen, airy, large rooms, excellent option to spend days in Guarujá! I went with children and adults and I only have good points! The host responds whenever necessary during the stay!
