BEAUTIFUL VILLA NEXT TO POTES, 4 BEDROOMS - 3 BATHROOMS - POOL

Beautiful newly renovated villa in a residential development with swings, swimming pool, green areas and parking. It has four floors, the main one with an entrance porch, a living room with a fireplace and an open kitchen that leads to another porch and a private garden with a barbecue. On the ground floor, we have set up a large living room and a laundry room. The top two floors have two bedrooms and a bathroom in each, the first with a large balcony in each bedroom. Very quiet enclave, stunning views.

Ideal for family with baby/children Or friends. The house can legally accommodate 7 people We recommend 4-6. Our place is located in the heart of 'Picos de Europa', 13 kilometers from the 'Naranjo' peak cable car; 25 kilometers from 'Covadonga'; you could do shopping at Arenas, which is 6 kilometers away.

Large sitting room and kitchen (totally equipped) on first floor where there is also a toilet and small terrace. On the 2nd floor 1 large rooms (double bed) and one smaller room (double bed) share a modern bathroom with shower. The 3rd room (double bed) and 4th room (twin beds) have private bathrooms.
