I am renting my mom's flat which located (second floor) in al-akad 10 min. to the downtown in quite area with park. Large reception area including two different living area and dining area. One bedroom with two single beds, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with bathtub. The flat is 25 km far from the airport; while 5 km from the city centre. From the flat to the Nubian museum is only 1.5 km and 4.5 km to philae template.
