Mill House A is another great unit in our beautiful home. The smallest apartment in Mill House offers plenty of privacy and close proximity to campus. Relax in the comfy living room, or on the big deck overlooking our old mill on the Hocking River. Please note, if you planning on bringing pets, there could be other pets on the premise. Also, we do not want the pets to be disturbing guests in other units. Especially if your pet barks in new environments or left alone.

Purple’s Little Apartment.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Located on Richland Ave, this small one bedroom is less than a half mile to OU’s Convocation center & 1 mile to uptown Athens. Freshly remodeled, everything new, and sits right above Purple Chopstix—one of Athens Best local restaurants (closes early, noise is not a problem!) Attentive owners. Great place for a couple, visiting professionals, or just a solo getaway to this beautiful town.

This apartment is the second bed and breakfast that I am opening in the same location. It is walking distance to the Ohio University campus and uptown Athens. Just steps from the bike path and convenient walking distance for groceries, restaurants and all necessities. Across the street from Jackie O's Tap Room. You wont need to use your car at all and we have plenty of parking for it.
