Located just outside historic downtown Coxsackie, this newly renovated suite in a 220 year old Greek Revival house is within easy walking distance to tiny downtown Coxsackie and its restaurants and shops. 25 minutes to Hudson, 45 min-1 hour to the Catskill Mountains. It’s an old house, with all attendant creaks and charms. In the warmer months, we strive to create a wildlife-friendly pollinator garden, full of sprawling native plants and pollinator favorites.

The Casita is a studio apartment comfortable for solo travellers, couples or just two folks who don't mind sharing a bed! We’ve endeavored to make it a comfortable stay for a weekend or even longer, with all basic amenities, a queen size bed, standing shower bathroom, and kitchenette. Although it is an apartment on the ground floor of my house, you will have your privacy with a separate entrance off of the driveway which is for guest use during the stay.

Susie's Climax Creations Farm is where you can safely experience a stay on a farm where everyone is welcome! The charming farm house is roughly 200 years old, located 2.5 hours from NYC, 25 minutes from the Hudson train station. Susie's Climax Creations is on a quiet dead end street. The apartment has a private entrance and completely self contained.
