Apto equal to the ad, close to the pharmacy and market, a few blocks from the sea. Easy communication with the host and janitorial 24 hrs.

The only "complaint" to be made is the parking space that has been made available to us, which is very narrow and the entrance to the garage very ingrime, but this is something that we have no way to change (being able to park on the street too, which is safe). Out to this little detail which, we were commented on in the key delivery, is a super spacious apartment, with a wonderful and well located accommodation. Close to everything one needs, market, pharmacy and especially the beach. It's a wonderful place, worth the investment and it makes you want to stay longer and enjoy more there. The apartment is very good, complete, it simply lacks nothing... it seems that we are at home... It was very clean, close to the sea, downtown, markets and shops nearby.... I highly recommend it... and not to mention that Evani is a very attentive and dear host... she is always available... This stay was not 5 stars but 10!!+

We had a great stay, it was 4 nights, airy, clean and organized environment. Perfect location, close to everything. Only those with children need to pay extra attention to the windows because there is no protection net. But overall everything was perfect. We will definitely be staying there again.

Second time at Mari's lodging. This time, we went to celebrate my mother's birthday and it was very special. A clean and organized place, with all the items needed to prepare meals, close to the beach, markets, pharmacies, lancherias, clothing stores and utilities. We went by bus from POA and it was very quiet to get to the inn. Mari always very kind and helpful, willing to resolve any intercourse that might attract the stay and was also flexible with the schedules. Anyway, it was a great weekend, my mother was very happy. We'll be back soon <3

Very good place, well located, close to markets, pharmacy, ice cream shop… it has playgrounds for children to play very close. I believe that if I could improve something, it could be with air conditioning in the bedrooms and a larger pan and frying pan for making food. The rest is great.

Stay too much Boa, very organized space.

The home was outstanding! The apartment was better than in the photos; the air conditioning of the room is very powerful, it can be for the whole space; the kitchen area is small, but very complete, clean and organized; the bathroom is clean and all renovated. We were welcomed on arrival and felt at home, all land is very organized and beautiful. The pool is amazing, great to go in the afternoon after the beach. The common area is also very complete and inviting, although we do not use the barbecue because the stay was short. The land is very close to the bar of Imbé, gives 5 minutes walking there, 10min to the beach. The village has to walk a little on the beach to get off the rocks and be able to bathe, but it's a 5min thing on the sand lane and it's already partly safe for sea bathing. There is no sun guard or beach chair available in the apartment, but, as Patricia indicated, there on the beach there is for use in the kiosks, so it was not missed! We loved our stay and want to go back!

Rose is very attentive and we were able to relax the time of check in and out with her. The apartment is very clean and is exactly according to the photo. Close to the beach and the main points of the beach of Capão.

All very nice, I loved the lighting project, I love the led above the bed and that sconce of the living room. The air is powerful, if there is no one in the room you can leave up to 16 degrees and be very comfortable in the room. Great condominium pools, with warm water to the right measure. Host always available. Would return.

Very good place, good location. Even with rain, we were able to enjoy the place, as it had a heated swimming pool, a movie room and among others. We will return for sure.

We really like to stay in Solange's apartment and we intend to go back! Jana who received us, is a lovely person and has given all the instructions we needed! The apê corresponded exactly with the description and we were reasonably prepared with “basic items”, as the announcement was clear in this sense, that there was not, but by way of suggestion, there could be a dishcloth and one for cleaning the floor (these I forgot🤭😂). We missed an electric kettle, but the milk maker served. We did not find the control of an air conditioning, the double room, but it was not necessary, the temperature was mild! The shower of the social bathroom, according to my children, did not work, but the one in the suite was wonderful and with the stool, the other one was not missed at all. Have been great nights well slept, bed and pillows great, dark room (AMO) and the silence is absurd! As for the building, well located, beautiful, always clean, friendly residents and the terrace, great( swimming pool isn't heated).

Great location. Luiz and his wife welcomed us very well, and responded to us as soon as we needed it. Apart from the wonderful apartment, it was clean and comfortable.
