The Maria Cláudia loft is perfect for 4 people, as it has 2 bedrooms, no need for anyone to sleep in the living room. It has a super yard, with shade the afternoon, as it catches the sun in the morning, having a great solar orientation. The apartment was very well planned and has all the necessary utensils and appliances. Exactly as in the listing. Maria Cláudia was an excellent hostess, always serving us when we need it. The condominium we already knew and remains excellent as well. We'll be back for sure.

Great location, 200m from the beach, 100m from Paraguassu Avenue, and with it many restaurants. The building has everything described, the heated pool is great. The next beach has several kiosks.
