Comfortable apartment, conveniently located, near downtown, beach and supermarket. The building is very nice, with lots of security, comfortable parking place, very enjoyable pool and game room.

The apartment is extremely cozy, very well equipped and has a great location. The building is close to the beach and all the facilities of the neighborhood. Communication with Adriana was excellent, even before the date we already had all the necessary information for hosting.

The Maria Cláudia loft is perfect for 4 people, as it has 2 bedrooms, no need for anyone to sleep in the living room. It has a super yard, with shade the afternoon, as it catches the sun in the morning, having a great solar orientation. The apartment was very well planned and has all the necessary utensils and appliances. Exactly as in the listing. Maria Cláudia was an excellent hostess, always serving us when we need it. The condominium we already knew and remains excellent as well. We'll be back for sure.

Full Infra and location close to everything is sensational. Host Nerli was very dear and always helpful. Excellent garage, fit exactly as described well cleaned. Our family loved the stay!

We spent an excellent Easter holiday with family. We enjoy the structure of the condominium, such as the swimming pool, playground, among others. Apt small, but well distributed and organized. Deixo only as an improvement point, put curtains with black out and air in the room with a view to transforming it into a second dormitory. What's more, we love the stay!

Priscila is a great host, responded to messages quickly and in a prompt way. I confess that I was taken by surprise the apt does not offer top sheets and towels, the first time this happens to me, we had to go after these items when we arrived, but I learned that this is a common practice on the coast of Rio Grande do Sul. Well-equipped, super charming and cozy. It was great to have screens on the windows for children. The building is clean and with a great toy library.

Super recommended. I went with my son who is 8 years old and made a lot of friends at the place. The house is very comfortable.

Anyway I managed to convince and take my parents on a trip, they felt at home. It was like being in a resort, the structure of the place, the games and the pools are simply charming, you have everything for any age group. Mr. Paulo, since the appointment of the accommodation, left us calm of everything we needed for a great stay, the house was complete of what we needed. Nearby bakery and market and restaurant, and the beach, leaving the condominium, we took the central avenue straight to the beach. As soon as we can, we'll be back for sure. Cost benefit for what the condominium delivers, was worth a lot.

Amazing place, it was the first place I stayed and it doesn't go out for anything, it has an incredible infra, we were very well received, the house extremely clean and impeccable, my family felt very good there, I highly recommend!

The apartment is great, safe, organized and clean, the patio and the possibility of opening the windows of the room make it very spacious and comfortable. We went with our daughters who enjoyed the pools of the condominium, which is very familiar, the oldest made friends to play. We love it!
