Plenty of storage space, very well located with motorway access not far away, and the La Ciotat Agora Convention Centre just a 7-minute drive away. Cassis 17 minutes by car, Saint-Cyr 15 minutes. There are plenty of shopping centres and eateries nearby. There is a large Auchan hypermarket with several restaurants, including Gnocchi and Pasta Basta.
